I had an issue with my back passenger tire. I took it to get repaired on Delaware, and was told I was all good to go. Next day same tire was flat. I went back to Delaware and they said they couldnt fit me in until 3 or 4pm it was 8:20 am. He said I needed to be there right at 8. I shouldnt have to be there at all, because they supposedly fixed it last night. I went to Mavis on Sheridan and Parker they got me right in and repaired my tire. Joel and Josh were awesome and I really appreciate them. I will be going to them for all my tire needs from now on... They took the time to actually fix the issue instead of seeing one thing and sending me out the door. Plus they were friendly and thats hard to come by these days.

GO TO MAVIS!!!!! They are absolutely amazing and I will never go anywhere else for tires, brakes or my NYS inspection! I initially made an appointment for my tires and they gave me a great deal. I made an appointment at another place to get my inspection and they were charging me an astronomical amount for everything and Curtis @ MAVIS SAVED MY LIFE AND BANK ACCOUNT! He gave me an amazing price did everything I needed and was so sweet about everything. I could never thank him enough for helping me out. This location (Sheridan & Parker) has treated me very well over the past year or two and even tonight being short staffed, they were able to get my inspection done and get me out the door pretty quickly! After having been refused at the Sheridan Drive Amherst 14226 location on a Sunday saying that they were closing in 35 minutes (despite the fact that it seemed very quiet), I traveled further down Sheridan Drive to Tonawanda to have the pressure checked in my tires. I was able to get the help that I needed, though the staff there did so begrudgingly. When my indicator on my dash did not turn off after air was put in the tires, they insisted that I had to drive 25 miles. I had to explain more than once that what they were describing was not true for the make and model of my car. After much back-and-forth, they reluctantly agreed to honor my request and added more air. The light subsequently turned off. This experience was very disappointing. I have purchased more than three sets of tires from Mavis. I have referred other people to Mavis including my immediate family.

My fiance and I had a nightmare of a Sunday with a tire that had blown on the highway on our way back to North Carolina. It got towed to a Mavis store in Tonawanda, NY. While our tire was being replaced at a that Mavis store (1435 Niagara Falls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14228), it was found that two of the lug nuts and rods were stripped. It was arranged for the work to be completed at this store where the staff were equally warm, welcoming and professional. At one point, one member of the team even offered to get me a ride back to the hotel so I could check out while I was waiting for the work to be completed. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. We are truly lucky to have stumbled upon it in our moment of need!

Excellent costumer service. The employees were friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for me in about 15 minutes. Dunn tire wanted to sell me 4 new tires and wouldnt even check the tire for a nail.

I had a great experience at Mavis Muffler on Sheridan & Parker in the Town of Tonawanda. I dropped my car off after hours, along with a note detailing what needed to be done. I phoned Mavis the following morning, and was advised that my car would be ready in about 30-45. I picked up my car and was good to go! Mavis Muffler is very professional and polite. I will definitely be returning next year for my annual car inspection.

Came in to get a flat fix, unfortunately it wasn’t fixable so I had to get a new tire. Mavis Maine took great care of me, they have great prices and great service. I was happy with how quickly they got me a new tire, their stock and the quality of customer service. Great place!

They really did me a solid and helped me out when I needed my wifes car taken care of. They were also able to do the job the next day for some quick service before there was any significant damage. I had a misunderstanding regarding what was required to be done with my car. The manager patiently explained over the phone why the work needs to be done and was very reasonable with the prices.

This is always our go to store for tires and inspections. They always try to get us the best price. The employees are personable and respectful. I have never felt talked down to there, which is very important to me. Corey was very helpful trying to get my car inspected in a timely fashion. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

Took my truck for oil change they said drain plug was stripped..took it to another place and they had no problems. Never going to use mavis for any service they have inadequate workers that dont know what there doing!!

Second Mavis I used. Its s good as the first one. First one is on Sheridan Drive by the Walmart store. This one is Sheridan Drive and Parker Avenue. I needed an inspection post haste. Went to the first one and they had no time but Corey the manager called the second one and arranged for me to get my car inspected. Corey is a good and caring man. He said to ask for Ella which I did. She promptly took my car in and had it inspected for me. Mavis Discount Tires is a great place for you to have your vehicle attended to. Best of all, they give you honest work done honestly!!

There was additional work (that I anticipated), but the mechanic and manager talked me through what should be fixed, showed me everything, and never pressured me to buy. I am a longtime customer and have always had good customer service experiences. I had to get an alignment on my car and Anthony was on as management that day. He went above and beyond to explain what issues I had with my car. A very nice guy. I am also impressed that a woman is working on my car. So glad to see the changes.

Hi all;I went that store for oil change. I have an old Toyota Camry (2005). When I arrive home I wanted to check the oil and I recognized that the oil checker was not my original one. I check my oil very often if it needs extra therefore I know my oil checker. I went back to the store and I told them including manager said that it was on my car already and they did not change it. I told them that I know my cars part and I check the oil often and this checker even not an original Toyota part, not my cars part. They did not do anything and they thought that I am lying or something:( So, please be careful if you decide to choose this specific store, and please make sure they are doing right work for your car.

I’ve come to this location many times with my first car and I’ve never had a bad experience. They tend to be friendly, knowledgeable, and will physically show you what’s wrong with your vehicle. They’ll suggest to you economical fixes, which is especially helpful in this economy! Anthony was at the front desk, and he kept me up to date as to when my newest vehicle went in for inspection, and approximately how long it would take. There’s a section for children to play while you wait, as well.

Save yourself time and go to Dunn down the street. Ive tried Mavis a few times between my car and my wifes car and I keep saying Ill never go back then out of convenience I try again and again a disappointment. This time I made an appointment for inspection on Monday to get inspected on Wednesday and received a conformation email for my appointment. On my break at work I had someone meet me at Mavis to shuttle me back to work to be told Mavis does not do inspections on Wednesdays! Between the back and fourth thats an hour of wasted time. If Cory is still a manager here he needs to work for a better company, He is the only one with customer service skills at Mavis. I did get refunds for all the other many screw ups by Mavis but this was tipping point with this unorganized company! I have since gone to Dunn down the street and they are professional and organized and have yet to have to bring my car back after they worked on it.

This location is one of the best mavis tires in the area Jermaine and josh went above and beyond to help me with my wife’s car.these guys are awesome and really get the job done.

I been here many times for many services, including oil changes. I even came back a short time later to get my oil change same day! I would highly suggest this business mostly because of Anthony! They give you a discount if you leave a five star review, but if it wasn’t for that this place would have 2 stars at best.Car was there for over a week, never had the tire replaced. They tried to give me one other than what I ordered twice. Every one had a different story as to why. Never got called with updates.I don’t know what goes on in this place but it’s a s***show. Avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid.Oh by the way my card hasn’t been refunded, and it’s been 3 weeks
