If you own a 6.5 diesel this is the only place you will find the right parts. They treated me like family and even sent me a Christmas card after spending a ton of money for parts I needed for my truck.! If you change your injector pump put in a new gas tank flush the lines and replace your fuel filter housing.;)

It took three days shy of a year to receive $500 core refund back for a 4911 injection pump. I called and or emailed weekly and unfortunately witnessed every excuse why I hadn’t seen it yet. I’ve read other customers reviews that had this happened to as well. Clearly this is not a one time occurrence and there are many reviews stating the same thing. I’m writing this review so others can see what a shady company this is, I will never use them again and I will never refer them to anyone. A whole year to return a $500 core, there’s no excuse for why it took so long. They were just hoping I’d stop calling so they wouldn’t have to pay me back. Sad to think how many people they’ve done this to. Steer clear!

Scam. I ordered stuff from them in February and it is now July and not everything came yet, I am still missing a Dual Gauge kit, and an ECM, and at the time of ordering it wasnt clear which exhaust system was stainless steel so I order the wrong one, so I sent it back and order the right one but I havent got my money back for the first one, So I have paid for two exhaust systems but only have one, its been two months since that. So Im out $1,700 and they will not refund the money.Walt told me on 3/30/21:The ECM is on its way to us from the mfg in Canada and should be here shortly. As you know, the Canadian border has been closed due to covid and there are minor delays.I placed an order with another company direct from Canada on 3/6/21 it arrived 3/12/21 and again on 5/13/21, it arrived on 5/30/21. And my Boss wants either the money back or the parts there are other places to get these parts. And it looks like they took my money and ran.

I purchased parts on or around 09/14/20. On09/22/20 i reached out to them for a update since i did not receive any tracking. They emailed me back because I ordered the wrong wicked wheel. Got that all situated. Emailed on 09-30-20 to ask about when item will ship. Never heard another word from them. I called several times leaving voicemails and nothing. on 10/9/20 I sent a email to them stating that if the item will not ship anytime soon I will need to cancel this order and go another route for my customer. No reply. Called several more times leaving voicemails. No reply. So as any one else would do I called my bank to claim on the amount on or around 10/23/20. Still never heard a word from SS. On or around 11/3/20 The parts showed up. Since I filed a claim I refused the parts and sent back. Quicker then lightning Walt shot me a email asking why I refused shipping. I responded to him about the email I sent on 10/9/20. Never heard another word from them. around 12/28/20 they fought my bank claim saying the parts were delivered. So Ive been calling and emailing again. Liz keeps telling me she will remind Walt. Every day 2 months of hearing the same thing. I told them I just want my parts or my money. As of 02/10/21 they have not responded to me at all anymore. I have no parts. I have no money. NOTHING!!! WHAT A CROOK!!! AS OF 6/17/21 STILL NOTHING!!

As a business owner myself, I can say that SS diesel used to be OK, but this last order, which was ordered for a customer of ours was an enormous hassle. I will begin by saying that the lady (I’m sorry but I forgot her name) was pleasant when I did speak to her. We tried to cancel or just return an order and was promised that Walt would take care of it... he didn’t. Was promised that he would call us... he did not. Was then told to email him and was promised an email reply... never happened. Eventually they just stopped answering or calling back all together. Never did speak with the mythical fellow named Walt. They had the return and our money. Maybe Walt exists, but he certainly does not want to speak with his customers. I have bought quite a bit of 6.5 diesel parts from SS over the years, but no more. I’ll take my business to Kennedy or another 6.5 site. There are plenty of others that actually want my repeated and continued business.

Bought parts from them in early January and returned them and they have been giving me the run around for three months not refunding me my money never go do buisness with them they are scam artists and will not pay you back. Buisness should be shutdown

They promised free shipping on orders over $400. I spent $1,000 and they still charged me $181 for shipping. Took 5 weeks to get parts. Been waiting 12 weeks now for shipping charge refund. They say they will send it but have not. This is not honest or honorable business. Get your parts somewhere else. I did not opt for 2nd day air as owner states below. It took 5 weeks to get the order that they kept telling me was in stock. Nothing but lies and run around from this company. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! This place has horrible customer service and they will NOT give us our refund! They owe us money! They cried we are in a pandemic well everyone has experienced the effects of this pandemic! We have no part & they took our money! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they are thieves!!!

Awful experience. Ordered online because a customer insisted we use this company. Never received the product. I emailed the customer service and got excuses, I cancelled my order, by phone, online and by email. The lady responding to emails said she could NOT refund my money or cancel my order, I had to email the owner. I did. NO RESPONSE from him either. Sad to give a bad review. I enjoy reviewing and giving good reviews.

This company doesnt deserve the 1 star that is given but I had to select it in order to write this review. We have ordered from them twice. Once last year and once this year. We are due a core refund on both orders and neither have been received. Their website states they will respond within 2 days but I havent heard anything. When you call the lady tells you the refunds are in the responsibility of the owner and the ONLY way to get in contact with him is through email to which he doesnt respond. I will also add the last order placed with them, it took over a month to receive. When I called to inquire about the order, it wasnt process even though they had already taken my money. This company doesnt deserve your business. Take it elsewhere!

I am a business owner and I wish I would have read these reviews before I shopped here. There is no point in going into a rant because all of the bad reviews are EXACTLY what is happening to me. Ordered an ECM in October, it is now mid Jan and still cannot get a response from the owner. They also refused to give me a refund. He should not own a business!

ORDERED A SET OF INJECTORS FOR A CUSTOMER IN JANUARY, SENT THE INJECTORS BACK UPS AND RECEIVED A SIGNATURE FROM ONE OF SS DIESELS EMPLOYEES. WAITED TWO MONTHS STILL NO CORE CHARGE RETURN. CALLED DIPACO WITH PACKING SLIP NUMBER AND THEY SAID THEY HAD ISSUED SS DIESEL SUPPLY THE CORE BACK IN MARCH. WE STILL HAVENT RECEIVED OUR $1400.00 AS OF JULY 25TH. BUYER BEWARE! HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THEY SCAMMING?

Paid a lot of money to get a rebuilt chip because the repair shop that did some work on our pickup took out our other performance chip and put in a stock chip. Took a while to get but it does make our truck run better. They say they will refund the $250 core charge in 30 days but its really closer to 45 days.

Not only do they have an excellent selection on their website, they get things shipped unbelievably fast! Looking forward to doing more business with these folks in the future!

This company is currently not refunding core deposits as the previous review stated. Please be aware of this before purchase. I too have filed a credit card dispute. Walt the owner is dishonest and does not run an honest buisness.

As a business owner myself, I understand that there are always two sides to a story/ review, but I am going to try and give an explanation of my experience with SS Desel Supply as impartiality as I can. I had ordered a set of cylinder heads and 8 injectors for one of my customers in October 2018, I had already had the truck torn down waiting on parts at the time the order was placed. As soon as I received the new injectors I packaged up the old ones to be shipped back for the cores, so I could receive a credit of 1400.00 back. As stated by SS Diesel Supply the have to revive the cores within 30 days to issue the credit. So keeping in mind I had ordered the parts about the last week of October, I shipped the cores back on the 1st of November, and received confirmation from Fedex by signature that they where delivered to SS Diesel Supply’s shipping and receiving department. Now considering I haven’t received the cylinder heads yet I wasn’t to worried about anything at this point in time. After quite some time had passed I had yet to receive eaither the core refund or the cylinder heads, I and my secretary made numerous phone calls to find out what was going on. Finally about a week before Christmas 2018 I received the cylinder heads. Got the truck put all the way back together everything doing as it should but still no core refund to be found. Again after numerous phone calls and numerous refusal by Walt (the owner of SS Diesel Supply) to talk to me or my secretary on the phone, that his only way of communication would be through email, when I finally had had enough of his excuses of why he was not going to issue me a core refund, claiming that he never received the package I sent, I filled a charge dispute clam with Pay Pal and My credit card company, that I had used, to make the purchase in order for me to be able to recive my 1400.00 core refund. By the time this was all said and done it was approximately March 10 2019 so long story short I strongly recommend you to use a different company.

Prepaid for exhaust part in march 2017, $229 and $70 for shipping. Walt the owner, said vendor wont make part til they do a stock order.I call the exhaust company (the vendor) and get a different story as to why they wont make just my part and ship out.Here it is July 2017 still no refund, and I canceled order on June 6th 2017, 30 days later. Poor customer service and company does not want to go out of there way to keep a customer happy. I do not recommended this company. Be forewarned.
