Jessica, I remember your vehicle, your quote for that job was for front and rear brakes with new pads and rotors all the way around. The fact that it was going to take a short amount of time to complete this repair was due to the fact that three people were going to be available to work on it at one time. I think if you price shop around any shop in town these prices are below or at everyone elses pricing. If any person has an issue or problem with anything that has been done or needs to be done to their vehicle, please bring it to my personal attention. I will try my best to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

Ive been taking my cars there for years. Always had quality service for a good price. At one time I had seven cars at home and Hodges kept them all running and inspected.

They are always very friendly and very reasonable in their pricing. I have never had a problem there. They always finish in the time qouted.

Took my car there for an inspection and they called me to tell me that my brakes were shot and it would cost $500 to fix them. I politely said that I wasnt interested and would come pick up my car and the receptionist was very rude. She told me that no matter where I take it it wont pass and tried to pressure me into having them done there. My fiance knows cars and can do brakes for around $150 in parts and they had told me $500 and it could be done in about 2 hours. So if labor is around $80 thats $160.... they want $340 for parts? Thats nuts! I went to pick up my car and the receptionist wasnt very friendly then either. I only gave them two stars because my fiance had something done there and he was happy with it. My experience wasnt so great.

Refused to work on my car. You would be better off bringing your vehicle across the street to everything automotive
