Very friendly and efficient service. I only stopped by for propane but Scott waited on me promptly and took care of me right awayI likely will call them next time I need an oil change and or an alignment. A lot closer than Value Discount Muffler and Brakes. If cheaper, they will get my business. Closer than the dealer, tooHeads up, though. He told me they are backed up. Lots of folks looking for a jump on winter service. Snow tires are a good two week wait.

Workers there along with their neighboring business came to my rescue while I dropped an axle at busy highway intersection at drive time. I was unaware of an auto and truck repair place right at my unfortunate vehicle breakdown. These individuals, one traded a seat with me in the vehicle, two directed traffic, two more pushed my vehicle to safety. Rather than make phone calls and arrange rides and other logistics, I left my vehicle right at Reeds. I was given an accurate estimate of what my vehicle would cost to repair. They fit my vehicle in for repair the next day. I was given a ride home and given a ride back the next day. Price was spot on. Service was superb and friendly. Checking their ratings 4.9 out of 5 stars with over 400 reviews Id say its pretty darn good. The team worked together so well. That is great to see in this day and age when I had to have faith in total strangers.

Only repair shop I trust, they will take their time and get it right. Never been sold anything that wasnt necessary, and never been told anything that didnt hold up. They are busy, as Im not the only person who figured out you can trust them, so there might be waiting involved. But theres only so many cars you can fix in an 8 hour day. Great guys, they work hard to fix your car or truck up right and they dont gouge you on prices like some places do. And they dont make stupid mistakes like when a big chain repair shop replaced my brakes but left a bolt loose that came out and tore my aluminum rim to shreds. I got towed to Reeds and they fixed me right up.

After having several past mechanics damage my vehicle with carelessness, I was recommended to come here. After finding all the different issues, they were able to fix everything in a reasonable time at a more affordable rate than my prior shops. I couldnt be more happy with the outstanding service and treatment. They worked with me in many aspects and Im very grateful.
