I scheduled a haircut here a few weeks ago. My stylist agreed to doing a style, long on the top and short on the sides for a comb over look and instead practically gave me a buzz cut, very very short and incredibly uneven. They didn’t even ask me how it looks or allow me to see it till they were already done. Aside from this, I was double booked a half hour before the salon closed for the day and my stylist was rather rude. Said things like, “you shouldn’t let your hair grow out so long because it puts your stylist in a bad position because it takes longer to cut.” I understand that, however, we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and some things are out of our control. Again, I was double booked and wasn’t taken in until 15 minutes of closing instead of the 30 I was scheduled for. Another thing that was said was, “you should really clean out your ears. Some people find it gross, but I don’t.” Seriously?! Again, understood but there are certain things you just don’t say to people which makes for horrible customer service. Very condescending and made me very uncomfortable and after reading other reviews I have a feeling it was the same woman. Very unprofessional and seemed to be projecting personal issues throughout conversation. I still paid full price for the haircut and matched the price with a tip. You never know what people are going through, a concept we all should put into perspective. Will not be returning to this salon.

Second time at this location. Pretty good. Only two complaints is she didnt wash my hair because I was only getting a trim and thinned out and also no cape! I literally had hair on every inch of my clothes. But I could have asked for a cape too just for some reason I didnt think of it at the time!

Took my aunt that wanted a perm and told them over the phone it had to be tight small curls. Curls were gone by second day. Horrible experience

My haircut was $16. This is a basic mens cut and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Courteous and professional and I highly recommend them.

0 for 3 trying to get a simple guys cut. Every time its been uneven, and I never get what Im looking for. Had to tell the stylist that one side burn was cut square and the other was faded...walked out thinking Id gotten the details sorted out, only to discover one side was over and inch shorter than the other, and one side had a chunk missing... Truly the worst haircuts Ive had since I was a little kid.

My mom went in to fix a dye job she did on herself. The woman was SO rude. First she just stares at my mom after she asked if she could do anything, totally unhelpful, and then after she said she could do something, she said my moms haircut was horrible! We walked out and left it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I understand that its only Fantastic Sams and you shouldnt expect much, but I have been in customer service for 10 years and I could never imagine saying that to a customer

Have never had my haircut here, but my boyfriend does regularly. Seems to be about 50/50 in terms of service and if hell get a haircut there or not. Some days hes ignored when he walks in and no one else is waiting or getting their hair done, some days hes taken right away.
