Love this store. Never really to busy. Staff is always friendly and courteous. They have this clearance rack that I recently discovered and sometimes they have some really expensive items on clearance, like that diamond in the rough kinda thing.

Absolutely disgusting. People piled on top of each other on a Tuesday morning, two without masks actually hacking, one cashier leaves to get bags out of her car for a customer while there’s a new girl up front alone with a line to the back of the store. Horrible service besides the young lady cashing me out.

Great service. Misunderstood Sunday hours and I recieved very kind phone call I misunderstood pharmacy is closed on Sunday and NOT the drugstore.

The pharmacy staff is exceptional! The tech with the tattoos is always professional and courteous. Very very helpful. You cant judge a book by its cover ..2 thumbs up .

I used to live just about, right across the street from this location. So I found myself going in there, just for the convenience of it. They have quite a large selection of items from small groceries, wine, beer, otc medications, toys, make up, etc. The employees are great at this location. Prices are outrageous though.

This particular Walgreens in the City of Tonawanda is very good. Always good service. Clean, fast. Large parking lot. The pharmacy is outstanding.

Thank you Walgreens for the continued horrible service. Points never update, always a struggle to rectify. In addition, you should probably advertise that flu shots are available for those 18 and over. Without insurance, its a struggle, now, i have to pay an extra $75 For the office visit for my teenager. Thanks!

UPDATE: Local and national reps reached out to apologize for the incident. I really appreciated that and bumped my rating up a notch.The manager was upset that my daughter picked up a piece of makeup. We were going to buy some. He vented his frustration with our shopping to another employee, oblivious that one from our party was right next to him. He seemed really ticked that the aisles were clear and merchandise on the shelves where they were found. I guess he suspected we were being disorderly. Oh, also said that the girls with us needed to be controlled. Sexist maybe? Regardless, Rite Aid down the street was fantastic.
