Using Mid-River Marina was the worst decision I couldve ever made. Stored my jet skis with them for the winter, they removed them from secure storage at my request to get them ready for the summer, but left them on the trailer completely unlocked on their marina yard, at which point they were stolen. Mid-River offered me nothing for their negligence - just terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

I can not say enough nice things about Jeff and Mid River. I was bringing a boat from NY to MI and had an issue stranding me in Irving. Jeff texted me over the weekend to help diagnose and then came first thing Monday after I hit a brick wall of doing it myself. I was up and running a few hours later (bad solenoid on starter). After I left he texted me to check in. Great guy, knows what he is doing. Save me countless days.

Best place to store jetskis, boats, and other water craft needs to go no further......except here.!👍
