I came in, located the motorcycle battery I needed without trouble. The employee working the counter asked if if was sure that was the battery I needed. I assured him it was and I was quickly taken care of at the register. Battery has worked flawlessly all year. No issues. Staff has good understand of battery needs.

Very big selection. Prices were pretty high for my motorcycle battery. Couldve got the upgraded battery online for about the same as the standard battery here but this was convenient and I like to support local business as much as possible.

Great price on a battery for my Harley. I saved half of what a dealer would charge. It was a higher cranking agm battery than the original. Call before you go to make sure the battery is in stock. The web site does not go into battery details for what ever vehicle you need one for.

Bought 2 batteries at 18 dollars each only to find them at Wal-Mart for 6 dollars for a 2 pack. Yup I paid 30 dollars more there.

If I could do negative stars I would. Guy was rude and telling me what Ive done with a battery that was used for all of 10min. Bought a battery for my little brothers 1980s spree that helikes to ride around in the backyard. Just wanted to see if the electric start would work but it still had the original battery in it. So went here to buy a new one. Put it in. Tried the starter. Didnt work. Took it out and put it in the backseat of my truck. Tried to return it a few weeks later just cause I havent had time and Im told Ive been using it for much more and that Im lieing. Once again he started of rude and an ass immediately. Never going back and do not recommend it to anyone. Great $50 wasted.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a mom-and-pop company. The owner of the store is rude and unprofessional he treated me like I was one of his children. He lied about the product he was selling me only to give me a cheaper product after he told me he would sell me name brand products. I would rather spend my money on a large corporation than this small privately owned business. The owner is absolutely nasty and rude.

I went in for rechargeable CR123 li-ion (16340) they had 2 of them and I bought them Assuming they would be awesome because its a battery store. These batteries are bad and discontinued by Dantona. They are so old they have 500 ohm resistance and wont charge fully in my nitecore sc4

Great deals, and they can find ANY battery you need. A laptop battery would have cost me $130 dollars from the manufacturer, they found me one for $90, and they even found me a C-MOS battery which are very hard to find

RECORD all transactions with your cell phone..Owners have anger issues and no concept of customer service..Have never been treated more rudely at a retail store in my life. Went there with a receipt and asked to see the manager. The 40-something woman at the counter said no manager was present. When I looked down and saw store business cards with the name of the manager, I inquired, Are you the manager? the woman replied youre making a supposition! After that, the conversation deteriorated..

Spent 115 on a battery that was actually a reconditoned battery.. could have gotten a new at walmart for less with a return policy and a warrenty... dont shop here...
