DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A MEDICAL ISSUE!!! I went here because I was looking for a new eye doctor and so naturally I gave my eye insurance card. This place doesn’t tell you that they take medical insurance and you will get a ridiculous bill in the mail. I didn’t come for a medical issue I was seen for a routine eye exam and I now have a ridiculous bill. Again I say DO NOT GO HERE unless you actually have a medical reason to go. Complete BS they are NOT transparent when you call and schedule an appointment.
I had my first visit here on 08/24/2018. First of all this place came recommended to me by my best friend. The staff was so very nice especially Debbie for all she did to get me an appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was going on with my eye and what it looked like he seemed very caring and was absolutely professional. I would highly recommend this place.
I am so glad that my cataract surgery was so successful. Dr. Nick is the best and very compassionate. I have called him after hours with questions. He answers the phone not a service. The staff is always very professional and efficient. My wife and mother also had successful surgeries. I will continue my exams at this practice.
PRIVACY ALERT.I sat in the cramped, packed waiting room for 45 minutes as the desk clerk called out names. Each time one of the patients approached the desk, the clerk loudly asked, Are you still at (reads aloud) address? Is your phone number still (reads out loud their phone number) ? Being that most of the patients are elderly, she literally yelled out their address and phone numbers...I watched and thought what an incredible opportunity for someone to commit identity theft. Simply sit near the front desk, listen to clerk to recite the address and phone number of each (elderly) patient. The identity thief could later call the patient under the pretense of being from the Drs. office, and solicit information like social security number, credit card, etc. Hello, this is the Drs Office, could you please provide your credit card information again? Were having a problem with our computers Think stuff like this doesnt happen? Think again. Its time to rethink patient privacy and the manner in which patients are checked in.
