Well... 7 eleven is a rip off.I got 2 snickers and got charged double (scanned three times) and i didnt get a refund. Not okay.And i wanted a pizza and the worker said hes not in a MOOD to make a pizza and i was offended.

Unfortunately you can’t leave 0 stars. The female afternoon manager at this location is ridiculously rude and disrespectful. She makes me never want to shop here, unfortunate since this is the closest 7/11 to me. I’ve also seen her be extremely rude to other customers on a regular basis. I don’t know what her problem is, but I tell you the only problem with this store is her. Extremely poor communication skills, abismal customer service attitude, definite superiority complex… The absolute worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a convenience store in my life. Word of advice, do not shop here if she’s working!

Maybe one of the prettiest views from a 7 Eleven. Even in the winter. Nice location. Really fills a niche. Great parking. Its on Niagara St. in the City of Tonawanda along the Niagra River near Veterans Park. They have pizza, magazines. Most essentials. Good selection of beer including Canadian. Some oddball stuff like toys, gloves, seasonal things. Lottery. Friendly service. Clean inside and outside.

Great location! The area can get busy during the day, at night its the complete opposite. Always fast service. I like this one due to the variety and you can find certain items you cant find at other locations!The quick grab and go snacks & sandwichs are way better than the ones at any gas station.

Very dissapointed with these new owners. They got rid of a lot of great workers. They have no compassion for people with families.

I got taquitos and they weren’t done yet so the lady put them in the oven and when I got back to my car I realized they were soggy and wet, I should’ve went back to get my money back but I just drove off and threw them out when I got home. They lady and guy were also rude, I hate this location.

If I could give negative stars to this store, I would. The new owners are absolutely terrible! The worst, most uncompassionate, not at all neighborhood friendly. I will not be giving them any of my business!

Always get a receipt! Sarcastic clerks. Parking lot is a loading dock.
