Very dirty store, with even dirtier employees. They also sell spoiled foods. I literally saw a rotten brown pack of bacon sit on their shelf for a year. Needless to say avoid the bacon. Also pray to god you don’t need help with the self checkout lady. She’s always having a bad day and looking to take it out on the customer. She also doesn’t know how to work her register. Go figure.

Had to pick up Bison dip to take home with me. The best dip in the whole world! French onion to be exact. I wish this could be national like Galbani Mozzarella aka Sorrento.

Ate there for lunch. Soup (minestrone) was quite bland. They didnt have any slices ready, so I had to wait about 15 minutesThe pizza was globs of cheese, uneven dough, and slightly burned pepperoni. The counter woman was so sweet but definitely not a pizza maker. Probably worst lunch in quite some time.

Deli workers so rude! I was blatantly ignored, one woman (utensil washer) said shell be right with you. Still ignored .. finally said well thanks for your help!Went to Federal where they treat you like gold

Having just spent 200 dollars here, I wont be coming back. My cashier needed help with pricing and an extremely rude girl came to help. I asked a question, twice, regarding the pricing and she waited to answer me as she was walking away, which I couldnt hear since her back was to me. When I left, I am still unsure of the prices of 2 bulk items that were on sale as the price comes off at the end with no name of said items. There are so many other places to chose to shop for the family.

I shop here ALL THE TIME. I love that I can get in, find what I need, and get out quickly. Ive never really had a bad experience.

Tops on Young St. in town of Tonawanda. Neat and clean. Helpful staff. They were out of a couple things... spot for the items but empty shelf. But a much better store than the one I used to go to in the city of Tonawanda.

Tops has a wide variety of options available and vegan options as well, love the dairy free creamer and milk selection. Only downside is, if things are not on sale, they can be very pricey. Still though, great variety and friendly staff.

I’ve been shopping Tops for 50 years. Decent produce section. Good selection of meats. Nice Deli. There’s nothing fancy or fru fru here. Straight forward basics and brands. Cheaper prices than its main competition and equal in quality. Clean. Well organized. Checkout usual quick.

Well the tomatoes werent rotting, this store is great for quick items. Just pay attention to dates on food items.

No sliced lunch meat or cheese.. people and workers hassling you in parking lot about carts. Employees unshaven, long hair, and un hygienic.

This location is very clean inside and outside. Covid-19 regulations are followed here, so wear your mask. If you need to put gas in your vehicle, this location sells it.

If youre rich you can go to tops market if your in my case paying taxes, bills, car payments, insurance on both house + car lot rent, medical bills and a pandemic then by the grace of god get 4 items costing $60.00 go to tops me I did the math got a shopping cart full at SAV A lot for $60.00 wish I was rich but Im the average person spread my money wisely then save enough to get my meds

Quality has steadily declined over the years and prices have become ridiculous as well. Sad to watch.

The store was clean, well stocked .I purchased items advertised for bonus savings and i like their meats.I buy most staples from Wal-Mart as their prices are better.

For self checkout, you pay for the bags, and then when you go to grab them, you have to survive the cashier (if they bother looking up from their phone) treating you like you just cut into a bank vault and are going to fleece the joint.

Went in for some vegetables and baked goods. Vegetables were fine. Bakery had very little selection. None if the holiday pastries that are out this time if year. Which was disappointing. It was about 430pm so I would have thought the shelves would be full. Hopefully more cross buns and other treats will pick up in production before Easter

Employees are very nice. I like to buy polar drinks but you never have lemonade in stock. My big beef though is when will you ever replace your easy scan machines, I have gone to numerous stores and they all are pieces of junk.

Erin Bronisz was so nice. There was a manager near the register that was equally nice. It was arefreshing change from the Tops we usually shop at.

They have everything you need there. Plus they are doing a great job with health measures and have great service

The cashiers and all who work here have been friendly and helpful. I shop here a couple times each week and always leave smiling. These workers work HARD! And yet they are kind each time I go there.

I love Tops, come here every time I come to Buffalo and stock up on Weber products. When your out of Webers mustard your toast. Nothing equals the real thing.

Tops is my go to store. Its like 2 mins away for me, so very convenient. Overall their prices are fair. The store on a whole is clean; yes, even the bathroom. The clerks are friendly & helpful.

Tops is filled with friendly personal, and they are always willing to help you find something if you cannot. Not like its too difficult to find whatever you need. They are very organized and their food is always fresh. Whether youre going to make food in microwave or cooking some stuff up chef style. Every thing appears to be very clean and maintained. Over all one of my favorite supermarkets to shop at, as I go there basically everyday.

I frequent Tops on Mineral Springs. The day before we had a blizzard (I didnt know about prior) I stopped in after work around Midnight. They had a meal deal going on where you buy one item and the other eight are free. The store was out of two of the items one being Italian bread. I took Tops brand bread instead for only .99 to the checkout and a cheap substitute for the other item I dont even remember. The main item I bought about 6 lbs of hamburger. The checkout girl called the manager who said no deal, no rain checks, no substitutions, come back in the morning. She then told me stay safe in the storm. I was outraged to know how little they think of their customers to inconvenience them that way when they know a blizzard is supposed to hit over .99 when I am already spending so much more. Plus it was their brands I chose! Its not my fault the store doesnt have whats advertised. What would they do for me the next day anyway if a blizzard was coming?!! I used to be a regular but havent been back since and dont plan to. I can see why they are going out of business.

Stopped shopping at Top long ago, but went in for a quick one item purchase ..I cant believe how far down hill this store has gone ..Not only dirty ..it was filthy. Produce was literally rotten and pricess are so far out of line ...Never again ..

Out of all the Tops stores I’d have to say this is the best one ... the bakery and carry out departments are fabulous and have great products!!! Very friendly employees threw out most of the store ... very organized and clean .... the produce is very good as well!!!

I usually do not go to this tops but I had a pleasant experience shopping there. They had a lot of items that the other stores havent had or ran out of due to the Covid-19 effect. Very friendly cashier.

I only ever go here when its past midnight and there is hardly no one in the store, and self checkout is the only form of checkout open. So Im not sure what its like during the day.Anyways, to be end of the night, going into morning, the store isnt that bad, hardly picked over. I notice that theyll be directly out of things, especially if it had a sale too it.I especially like that theyre open 24, I always have to use the bathroom on my way home from work, and its like clockwork, so its nice something is open 24 in NT besides a gas station. - Even though I must say, gas station bathrooms might just be cleaner than this Tops.

I like shopping at Tops. This store is like all other Tops. Clean well organized and competitively priced.

This place is terrible for food pricing...too expensive

Employees I have seen get treated like garbage and management needs to he more pleasant to there employees instead of talk down to them. The Teenagers get enough at school of people talking down to them

Typical bigger market with good selection of goods. Good deals to be had with newspaper coupons. Be sure to get shopper card to get gas points - we get lots of dollars off of gas each year. Also has deal with local health insurance company (IHA) to get lots of money back quarterly with purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Horrible customer service, and outrageous prices. Had an issue with something and was told to wait and someone would grab a manager for me. Took her 15 minutes to finally talk to me, and when she did she was exceptionally rude. Think her name was Cindy. Will never shop at this Tops again.

Of course the prices are very good here. Additionally I find the selection of items to be quite a wide range. And I find that you rarely have to wait for your cashier to check out people ahead of you. Plus you cant beat their deli meats wide varieties and so fresh!

Surprised at how small this location is! I had a hard time finding a few of the items I needed as it was my first visit there! The employees were kind of involved in their own responsibilities and werent very talkative or upbeat. Overall, I usually prefer going to wegmans but wanted to give them a try because it was close to where I was headed. Probably not the biggest, best tops in the area but I got a few things I needed. Will have to stop at a second grocery store to get the rest. I will say Tops always have the cool, unusal snacks that Wegmans doesnt.

Their deli the a hidden gem. Their subs are delicious and huge. Soups are also good. Highly recommended for a good lunch spot.

Waited 15 mins at deli with one person in front of me. The kids working there clearly do not care and couldnt work any slower. Self checkout machines are disgusting. Went to grab my change and area where the change drops has something slimy spilled in it, I will never return to this store!

This entire chain of grocery stores is pathetic. No matter which Tops I go to, especially this one, the produce always looks like its been left out for a week, theres never enough cashiers working, and the ones that are working are incredibly slow. Im sure this isnt enough for your company to change its ways, but my experience here was bad enough that I actually took the time to write this review. I really wish you werent my only grocery option in this area. When I can, I always choose Wegmans over Tops (better prooduce, meat, staff, atmosphere, etc.) but this is the closest grocery option in my neighborhood. My God, please change something about your store because this place is abysmal.

I hate to sound like this but this really happened to me. The moment I walked in store, the manager looked at me and a few minutes later, I had one of the staff following me around. I dont understand what I did wrong till this day. That was my first and last time to attend to this Tops. However, I never committed a crime in my life. Infact I am a police officer and A good citizen. Long store short, it was a shame how I was treated that night I felt so disrespected.👀👀

I went in at 9 PM on 10-12-2018 and I was immediately told to hurry it up by an employee. The store wasnt closing for another two hours and I found that extremely rude to be told to hurry up when it wasnt anywhere near closing time. Im never going in again.

Great for last minute items and not much else, some sales are excellent but I pretty much dont shop here otherwise.
