Joe and michelle are 2 of the nicest most helpful people. Always fel welcomed there.Also upon having a problem with my aids, Joe got it handled right away, no hassle. I recommend anyone to go there.

How can i hive these cruel and clueless morons a -5. I got some mail from them a hood year ago and called them, nicely asking them to take my mothers name off their mailing list as she had bern dead for five years.i even offered to fax over the death certificate if they wanted. I nicely explained then that she had died from Alzheimers Disease. They were to remove her name from their mailing list.What do I get in the mail today but a reminder that she is due for a hearing aid check. On the anniversary of her death. So should I go to the cemetery and dig up her urn of ashes to do a hearing aid check on them? They never helped when she was alive anyway.Ba#$%rds dont even have an answering service or even a voicemail of any kind. (Yes, I let it ring like 10 times) find a more reputable provider with a clue. They obviously dont.
