Dr. Ball and the entire staff at HES are amazing. Being a younger female with a hearing impairment, Dr. Ball helped me find the best hearing aids for me that are also aesthetically what I wanted. I always feel safe and comfortable in the office and I know that HES is always working in my best interest. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Love Dr.Ball, very thorough with her assessments and testing. Takes time to explain everything. Shes very patient, kind, compassionate and professional. My world was crashing from brain surgery that resulted in hearing and balance nerves cut. I had terrible tinnitus and was highly sensitive to noises. Not to mention, total hearing loss in left ear created terrible anxiety. One thing l was not aware of, with loss of hearing in one ear, its impossible to detect where noises are coming from, very scary. One example, my dog ran after a fox and I couldnt tell what direction her barking was coming from. Luckily, she returned to me, but it was scary not being able to locate her. My first meeting with Dr. Ball was amazing, her calmness and explaining everything, put me at ease. She was able to give me crossover hearing aids that help with hearing. I am very thankful that our paths have crossed. Hearing Evaluation services should be very proud to have Dr. Ball on staff. Everyone in the office is kind and have great people skills. This is now my second set of hearing aids from Hearing Evaluation Services and the experience the second time around was as good as the first. Dr. Nicole Ball was very helpful and informative during the entire process and her follow up was first rate. I would easily recommend HES and Dr Ball for hearing consultation.

Front desk staff are rude and do not know what they are doing about billing. Would not recommend anybody going there.

They provide a very thorough evaluation of hearing loss through several testing procedures to make sure that the hearing aids are what is needed for the individual.
