Fantastic work. Our bathroom, originally straight out of the 1950s, was teleported into the modern era in just under two weeks. Mike, who handled the bulk of the project, was phenomenal. He worked fast (and always showed up on time), communicated with us about what was happening, and made a point to thoroughly clean up after each day. Overall very impressed with the quality of service. Just hire them! Our bathroom looks awesome now.

I needed to get my deck built and I came across Northtowns Remodeling. During my initial meeting with Brian(Owner) he was really pleasant to talk to, he definitely put time and effort into his proposals. The price he offered was for the materials I chose was the best Ive gotten after comparing to a few other contractors I called. Brian was communicative with everything and would update me every step of the way. His team were also great! They kept everything clean. The deck looks sharp and amazing. I am very pleased with the work to the point I am also getting other work done by them! Would recommend!

This company is an amazing team. They are professional and friendly. Our second floor bathroom turned out beautifully, exactly how we wanted it. They worked with us through out the process and kept us informed with the pace of the project. They gave advice on other things about our house that we asked questions about. Overall a great and stress free experience.

Northtowns Remodeling installed a half-bathroom in the basement and did a great job. Brian, the owner, kept us informed all along and responded to any questions we had. They started the job as projected. Jeremy started every morning on time and performed cleanup every evening before leaving the job site. He was very efficient and did a great job. MARCH 2021: Because we had such a great experience with Northtowns remodeling in November for our basement bathroom, we worked with them to completely gut our first floor full bathroom. The process was amazing - Brian asked us a lot of questions to make sure he understood what we wanted, came up with some great ideas. His team was onsite, they set a realistic timing expectation, the team kept us updated daily. Brian checks in regularly. All in all, we had another great experience. The owner came out to sign the paperwork, at the start and completion of the project and called us during to answer any questions and just to check in. That level of personal attention is top notch. There were realistic timing expectations at the onset, daily updates, high quality work. The team doing the work was respectful and polite. It was the best choice we could have made to work with Northtowns Remodeling. We look forward to our next renovation project with them!

I needed two new windows to increase natural lighting in my office, particularly during the winter. Note, these are not replacement windows, but new windows in two walls in the corner of the office. Prices of everything are very high these days, so the quotation was a good bit higher than expected, but Brian was still the lowest of three. The ordered windows arrived on time and Brian scheduled the work immediately. He said he hoped to be completed in two days, but it might take three. Justin and Jeremy were the two who did the actual work and I couldnt be more pleased with them or their work, which they did finish in two days, as hoped. Excellent quality and on time. Ive owned four houses over the years and have had contractor work on all of them. Northtowns Remodeling is easily the best contractor experience Ive had and would recommend them without reservation.

Brian was very professional. He made sure we were on the same page with the work that was to be done. He was easy to get ahold and he encouraged me to ask him any questions. His skill workers had the same professionalism. They walked me through everything they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with the process. They cleaned up nicely which I was happy about because as we know, some workers don’t always care about that. I was very happy with this entire process and the care that was given. Brian and his crew including Justin and John did a great job of transforming our non-functioning bathrooms into wonderfully usable spaces. They replaced our upstairs bathtub and shower before working on our first floor bathroom. They gutted that bathroom and replaced all the fixtures to make the room accessible, adding new insulation, new walls, new lighting and flooring. They widened the hallway entrance and created new coat and linen closets.Brian and his crew were easy to work with, cheerfully providing information about the project and answering our questions. We plan to use them again for an outdoor project this fall.

Northtowns did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They were early everyday and very courteous and attentive to our needs. Even when things didnt work out,based on the original plans, for our complete renovation with a hand crafted shower enclosure to fit our bathroom. They found a way to make us happy and the result was a one of a kind bathroom that makes us smile each time we see it.

Very happy with new accessible shower in existing bathroom.Communication excellent and included at-home visit to review design options. Construction crew kept area clean and worked with us to customize grab-bar placement and shower door installation. Northtowns Remodeling checked-in a few weeks after work completion to make sure we were happy with final product. We no longer have to worry about slip-and-falls in an outdated tub.

We just had our bathroom completely renovated and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! I can not say enough about the superb quality of work, excellent attention to detail, and if that wasnt enough, the work crew were immaculate at cleaning up each day before they left!They also built a GORGEOUS wood railing leading up the stairs to the bedroom as the house only had a railing on one side and as we age we needed to do something to ensure our safety. We couldnt believe how they were able to match the existing wood railing, like it was always there!BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!

Weve given this business quite a bit of business in the last 10 to 15 years. We recently had a bat invade our home. This is now the second bat in two years. So when we had this problem and Northtowns installed our critter screen on our chimney 10 years ago it seemed reasonable to ask them to take a look and see how the bats are coming in. Not only would they not come by and take a look but had no one to recommend for the job. Very disappointed to say the least. Northtowns, you could have and should have done better. Sad.

So happy we called Northtowns Remodelings for our shower surround installation!! I first tried regrouting our shower walls when tiles started falling off the wall so we called around and were really surprised how much less Northtowns were from their competitors. The young lady who came out to see us that day was very professional and answered all our questions. She emailed us a quote later that day and we decided to go with them the next day. Because we were without a shower, they were able to start two days later and the result left us very happy. The two workers were neat, clean and very professional, not to mention they did an amazing job!! We highly recommend them!!!

Nice guy but... not impressed. Has come back twice in the past 2 weeks to keep fixing mistakes. We ended up fixing the last one because we are tired of calling them back.
