Avoid this store if you want professional assistance and service. The person who answers the phone, “Chuck”, has no idea how to talk to people or how to treat a customer. His phone etiquette is atrocious. He sounds like he’s a very young 15 year old. When I told chuck I had a coupon he told me “I got it”. Well you didn’t get it chuck. I can’t believe I spent $130 bucks for horrible service. I will never go here again. There are too many good professional people out there to give your hard earned money to.

I have been at this SW many times. They are always extremely helpful and never talk down to me. You might pay a wee bit more at SW, but with their cust service being great, it is well worth it. I would rather go to a paint store then a paint dept that is part of a big box store. There is more trust at SW.

Knowledgeable staff with prompt service

I initially looked at interior paint colors on their website. I was aware that the cost of paint is slightly higher in their store, than big box stores, but I also wanted to be able to ask questions to someone that only worked in paint and not paint-screws-lumber. The location of this store was convenient for me as well. Overall great experience with knowlegable, and helpful staff. Competitive prices with expertise.

Great paint, best matching services (espicially stains) around. If you want a good paint job with no hassles (orange peel, poor adhesion), this is the place to go for getting recommendations to paint difficult surfaces like cabinets or surfaces like tile or glass. Have a unique special painting requirement... Sherwin Williams has the recommendations, supplies, and products to bind, prime, and or paint.
