A lttle pricey but thats what you get when you buy quality parts customer service is A plus thats why I go to Napa

The employees here are nice enough.I asked if they turned brake rotors and thats a,Nope, but Oreillys does. Asked where the Duplicolor color match paint was. Dont sell it anymore. Nobody buys that stuff. I do. Asked where the wool or foam compounding pads were. We dont carry that. I bought some bolts. Napa definitely still carries bolts. They are known for their vast selection. The store was clean. Ample parking. No waiting in line.

Great service! We desperately needed a set of special fuel filters to get a diesel back on the road. NAPA was the only supplier in town to get us results promptly and fill 100% of our order. Thanks to Christie for working thru the details for us!

Great Customer Service and very knowledgeable! The staff was friendly and helpful but if can be honest it seems they are short staffed, I work in customer service and I know how that is and it appears this store needs more help! For what they have, awesome job!

Never really shopped here,so really not sure what they do or do not sell here...but it is an auto parts store so Id assume they would carry what you needed.

Im an account of NAPA in Erda. I was waiting on a part and called to see their ETA and unfortunately they let me know that we’re short staffed and I had to wait on a part for more than 35min just to get it out to me. I understand being short staffed but us accounts also need our parts in time. I appreciate the manager and his team doing what they can but we need some extra drivers if that’s what it takes to get the parts out.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Though the store looks small the have a huge supply of in stock parts. Happy to shop here again.

The only place i will buy local auto parts .Autozone and Oreillys Lost me as a customer after this summer. We were on vacation up in northern utah and my idler pulley seized up and NAPA was the only place in brigham city utah that would deliver the parts out to me at our campground.They made a customer for life thanks NAPA AUTO

Does not honor warranties. Cannot look up warranty info unless you produce your receipt from 2 years ago. Cannot change out a battery, requiring to bring in old battery for exchange, but not possible when they close at 5:00, and I need my car tomorrow. They cannot give me a credit for a return if I buy a new battery today and bring back the bad battery another day. They expect the impossible. Went to AutoZone where they put a new battery in for me and recorded the purchase in their warranty system. I’ll never shop at Napa again.

Napa has the best quality and prices on auto parts in Tooele county. If you have questions their staff have correct answers. I dont go anywhere else if I can help it.

I have come to this Napa on 2 separate occasions. The first time I needed a tag light bulb for my sons Pontiac sunfire (hes upgraded since) they had no problem finding it and printing me a paper that shows how to install. The install required removing entire back piece (9 bolts). The second visit I needed a special battery size A27 for aftermarket lights on corvette. 2 guys working hadnt heard of this size, but that didnt stop them from helping me and they found it, Wal-Mart doesnt even carry this size. In conclusion, Im saying that this particular Napa is just awesome !! Very polite, I was greeted immediately both visits and helped with great customer service skills, other mentioned places have no skills in this area. I will definitely visit again and I recommend you do too. Thanks

The few times I have been here there is usually a small wait time to get the parts that you need. the parts are reasonably priced and the nice part is you can use your phone number for warranty and they can look it up quickly without the need to find a receipt. hopefully warranty wont be needed much but it helps.

This is my go-to auto parts store for anything I may need. The folks here are terrific, knowledgeable and professional. This place ALWAYS has the item I need, no matter how obscure it may be. Compared to the other places in town, its head and shoulders above!

Good customer service but inventory for the things I need never seem to be correct from the shelf to the back area. Twice now the computer said they have it but all the employees could not find it. This was for oil and antifreeze.

The staff here is amazing they do all they can to get you what you need, I need a air filter for my car they didnt have it at that store they had it at another store, it took about a hour for them to go and get the part for me, amazing I didnt have to do anything but go home way a hour for my part then go pick it up. Ps they had my air filter but I wanted the K&N filter. Love me my NAPA.

Napa has excellent quality auto parts in which Im impressed with as well as there performance! The employees are awesome and always willing to help you with your auto problems in which theyre willing to solve with their quality auto parts that you can trust!They will keep your vehicle in tip top shape running great! Avoid break downs go and see them! Im glad I did for my vehicles! Thanks Nampa!!

I called ahead and they had my part in stock and held it for me until I was able to pick it up after work. The staff had all the answers to my questions and on top of that I found out they also make hydrolic lines which is a huge plus for me. Thank you!

NAPA is always good for parts but its the employees that make the induvidual business. This NAPA store is exceptional in the regard.

Friendly, professional service; had what I needed (metric bolts in a specific length and thread pitch)

Normally they have the parts I need but sometimes they dont. For example, I just needed a part to a window regulator but the only offered the whole thing. I would recommend them. Its way cheaper to just fix your car yourself than take it to a mechanic. Most problems can be fixed by just watching enough YouTube videos about it.

The lady I was working with was very nice and helpful and always had a smile

They are always friendly, willing to help you find things and answer any questions. If they dont have a part in stock they can normally get it there by the end of the day which is great!!
