The store was clean and had been fairly well organized during my visit. There were a few isles that needed some attention, but overall it was easy to navigate the store and find what we were looking for.

Meh. They have a variety of items: clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, bathroom items, linen, household goods, food, and seasonal items. You can find some cute items here at decent prices, but it could use some better organizing. Clothing racks are all mixed with different sizes and styles (casual, dress, fitness) which makes it harder to shop. Shoes are all mixed up rather than grouped by toddler, girls, boys, womens, mens. Ive never seen the place busy, cashiers typically look bored standing near the register so it seems that theres plenty of opportunity to tidy up the place and straighten things up. Staff is usually friendly.

Go there multiple times to get some if the frozen food items they have. The microwave sandwiches are a quick snack. The freezers are empty and the cashiers tell me the trucks that are scheduled don’t come. Isles are blocked, stuff is on the floor. I don’t work there so I am not moving or picking your mess up.

This discount store can be a tad interesting to get into because there is a median/divider in the street. Stock levels are typically sufficient for my needs and staff is friendly and helpful- as in they know where their product is and are willing to point you to it. Its reasonably organized and clean enough, although I have found carts in the way a few times.

This store is very well stocked considering the pandemic situation they usually have everything i need here

Mam I was in your Tooele store on May 26th and I could not believe not only how rude your employees are but how dirty that store is. I was in the store at around 2 pm when I got out of my car most of your shopping carts were outside you walk in and it looked like a bomb went off there were carts of product in the aisles the front was a total mess. There were two employees standing at the registers. I went and found what I needed after a search because the extension cord was just thrown to the back of the shelf. I then went to the checkout ( have you not once have I been talked to by your employees) the only thing said to me was “she will help you over there” so I picked up my stuff and went to the other register where I was rang out NEVER talked to or greeted they were to busy talking about other employees! I was never told my total never asked if I wanted my receipt never told to have a good day. When I left my bag beeped I stopped and looked over at the two woman they never looked over so I walked out beeps and all. I don’t know what’s going on in your store but at least the tweeker that used to work there was polite. I was going to call but my emotions get the better of me and as soon as I can find a number for your headquarters I will be contacting them also. I remember now why I quit going to that store. Why those two women are being paid is beyond me. I am sorry I am contacting you on a holiday weekend but the more I think about this the more I knew someone needs to be told. Thank you for your time. All the clothes i wanted to buy were on the 50% and i was told they had to jand marked becouse the store was having problems thdy rang up full price so i didnt buy anything. Dont think i will shop there again...very unhappy and wouldnt recomend it to anyone

I like this place for the most part. But on the last visit one of employees stopped my 9 year old and accused of trying to steal shoes. It realy mad me mad considering the shoes she was accusing her of taking are worn out old shoes

Its been a super place to shop since the store was remodeled. Now if they can keep the walking surfaces free of snow and ice.

Tooele family Dollar is a mess the store is dirty there are boxes and products all over the floor they dont honor returns for defective products and its going to take quite a lot of improvement for me to continue shopping there.

Family dollar here is a okay storethey have almost anything u need. Its very expensive here. So I dont recommend if your looking for cheap.
