Way more busy than they can handle. Shelves constantly bare and curbside pickup can take an hour, so dont think thatll save you time. I regret coming here every time I think surely itll be better this time.

Went in yesterday to pick up my online order and was told it would be another hour and half, so I asked to cancel my order. They said it would be canceled and I was okay to leave. I called 3 times after leaving to make sure it was canceled and I was assured it was. However, it wasn’t and the money was taken out of my account. When I called to talk them about it I ask for a manager and the girl on the other side just hung up on me.

I am very pregnant, and had just gotten off work when I had come to this store. It was at their closing time, I just want to say how grateful I am to the staff on duty tonight. Im in tears writing this review because they were so nice to me and went out of their way to let me shop after they had closed. Best experience I have ever had at any Walmart. Thank you so much 💛💙

I wish I could give a zero rating. I have lived here for only a few months and have noticed every time I visit this Wal-Mart the isles are absolutely cluttered with pallets of unstocked items and/or shelves are empty. What is the deal? Management needs to come up with a better solution. I needed an office chair and couldnt even access or go down the isle due to it being chuck full of pallets of unstocked goods. I was forced to buy it elsewhere.

Bakery: my cake has a distinct slope to it that I didnt order. This is unacceptable. And the wording doesnt match what I ordered. This is the worst birthday cake Ive ever ordered.

Every Walmart that Ive been to sucks.Well, mainly just the workers actually.I love that you can shop for just about anything at Walmart but there employees take there job way to seriously and make it so uncomfortable to shop there.

I would not recommend buying firearms from Walmart! I bought a brand new Mossberg 308 and it is defective and will not shot straight and when I took it in they told me deal with it you bought it! Highly recommend not buying a firearm!!

Lost our key while there and none of the customer service reps were very polite or helpful by anymeans. We had asked 3 different times after obviously checking our selfs. Called 2 other time and it took me asking for a broom to sweep under racks for the lady to finally check in the back and found my key that was probably there from the start. But thank you to the decent human being that turned in my key.

I come to Walmart mostly because convenience but the prices arent as low as they claim on most items and when I order groceries through the app for pickup, they always forget something, they will tell me I have it and ill have to go back and get it, last time they told me I had 5 items that I didnt have and had to turn around and go back to get them. Staff is super friendly and nice but it still is inconvenient for what it should be.

Stock is very hit or miss. And the pallets of product on every isle are absolutely infuriating. I visit other stores anytime I can but sometimes I have to cave and come here and I hate it every time.

Tooele Walmart is usually well stocked and can find what I’m looking for on any given visit.

Overall, a pretty good Walmart experience. Store was clean, organized, it appeared to be well maintained. Staff appeared to be as professional as can be expected in todays Walmart environment... sure do miss the days when there was a dress code and a personal appearance requirement that was maintained in order to be a Professional.

I chose this address for a pickup order because I could easily fit my semi truck in their lot and I needed to stock up on the road. I ran into the store to pick up a few last minute items and then waited on my pickup order. They were a little confused at first seeing my semi truck, but they were very helpful, courteous and got me loaded and on my way. The store itself was clean, decently stocked and everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I will stop here again should I need to grab groceries on the road.

Not enough cashiers!Personal shoppers are in the way in the aisles, priority should be given to people who come in person and might do some impulse buying/spontaneous, extra shopping.Shelves are low on goods.Stopped carrying Gluten free Dino Chicken Nuggets in the bag. Should have a way for customers to weigh-in on decisions with products stocked or not. Low selection of special diet foods like dairy, egg, peanut, tree nut, coconut and gluten free.Many times fresh meat purchased here has gone bad before expiration date, especially chicken.Food should be able to be returned/exchanged for other items, not just food. Seems discriminatory to those with food allergies.

It is clean and well managed as the employees are happy and helpful always. There needs to be a other Walmart in the valley as this store is frequently over grazed (I was raised on a farm) as there are often items not in stock if you go after 4:00 pm. The meat dept is a little below average but the bakery is great and the pharmacy is exceptional with Brian the manager frequently manning a cash register. He tells me they do more business than any pharmacy in the state probably because of the Defence Depot next to town and the GIs picking up meds to take home. My favorite is Cathy 60 in jewelry. She can pop the back off my watch and have the battery replaced before I can have my wallet out. A real sweetheart and stays busy so dont expect much chitchat

The pickup spots outside took 3 calls to get ahold of someone after going inside for in store pickup which they dont have but falsely advertise. After 45 minutes and another 6 calls to get someone on the phone I told them Id been waiting 45 minutes and they loaded 3 cars that arrived a long time after me. I was waiting on 2 items. Terrible service not worth your time. Use Maceys instead. Maceys is so fast and theor customer service is phenominal. Unlike Walmart where they waste your time and do not care at all about customer service.

Absolutely poor customer service I arrived at the customer support desk and waited over half an hour before I received help !!! And Samantha arrived and made things worse she proceeded to help me but she made it complicated by saying I cant get cash back however after complaining to a manager and customer support on the phone they finally gave be cash back next time give me cash back and you wont get a bad review.

Fairly decent sized store to not have a whole lot of variety when it comes too womens PJ pants. Its a pretty busy place to not have very many lanes open.

Very notorious for saying they have a product in store when you look online yet when you go to the store to buy said product... its. Not. There. Store is always a cluttered mess. They stock at the worst times too. Its like the wait for peak shopping hours and send their employees out with huge carts of boxes. So. Annoying. I hate that we dont have a smiths out here in Tooele. All the grocery stores here SUCK.

Good prices, but pay attention at checkout..one time I wound up with somebody elses items, another time I got japped out of a few items... its that stupid rotating plastic bag system they have at the checkout.

Very clean super center, checkout was pretty fast despite being a busy Saturday morning. Produce selection was running low, but what was left was still in very good condition. Shop early for more items to choose from.

I went there to get my oil fixed. I had to wait for 1 car. They got it done quick. I also got all my shopping done

Its an ok Wal-Mart but in the evenings/weekends, it gets completely filled up with people. During these ‘rush-hour’ periods, the lines are massive and people are stacked on every aisle. Other than that this is a good Wal-Mart that has basically everything you need from a Wal-Mart.

I go to Walmart regularly but this store in particular is always out of stock but yet has people stocking all day everyday with the isles filled with needed to be stocked items blocking the flow of traffic and making shopping there more difficult than it should be. Never been to another Walmart thats managed so poorly.

Neat and clean. Able to locate what I wanted easily and was in and out in under half an hour.

The best thing about this ace besides the low prices and easy access is the fact that they do not require masks. Being able to breath freely again is great.

They have a much better selection of jewelry than other WalMarts clean store clean bathrooms.

The Walmart in Tooele. There is never nothing on the shelves that I am looking for, certain vitamins, supplements, the snacks idle is always empty. Tooele is growing and its time to get more inventory in there.

This particular Walmart has a very difficult time keeping the shelves stocked. They arent great at getting and keeping the products on the shelves. Other Walmarts do much better. This location is frequently out of products and entire shelves are empty.

This is a very busy Walmart in a small town and they struggle with keeping the shelves stocked. They had really cute clothes in the womens clothing today.

This pharmacy refused to fill a legal doctors prescription. I called corporate and they say its their new policy. Horable service. Who are they to interfere with my health. Why can our laws let them play God. This war on the ill has to stop. They never met me in their life yet judge me. Happened to be the only one who had the meds in town or SLC and I was sent by another pharmacy. Never will do business with these barbarians again.

I put in an order for food the be picked up. I checked in at 6:05 pm. I have been waiting over an hour and has watched multiple people who arrived after me get their orders and leave in 15 min. I have called in two times and they said they will get it out to me when they can. Im still checked it and just waiting in a car when it is 101°f outside. So I am burning up or burning gas. This is kinda ridiculous and really upsetting. Ill update once I get the food....

Shelves were more or less empty. Of the items I was looking for. Need. To stock better or more often.

I go here to pick up my medications and do some shopping. Nice place to just walk around and relax.

Much better than most Walmarts in northern Utah. Its obvious the pandemic has effected then as well with a lot of missing product.

Its a walrmart, if you have been in one you have experienced almost all of them.

Your employee working the scan and go was running back and forth trying to keep up, but 8 kiosks are just too much for one person to keep up with. I recommend scheduling two people to work the scan and go during heavy traffic times.

Bad experience only because my phone was stolen while shopping and management was not helpful. My phone was sitting in the basket where the safety seat is for children, I turned around to put clothing back on the shelf and someone came and took my whole basket and ran out with my phone.

Its a rural Walmart, so there out of a lot of stuff a majority of the time. Bathrooms are out of order about a quarter of the time we are there, and a majority of the staff cant be bothered to help with the majority of staff you run into are grocery pickers.

Awesome store. Has everything we need in it. However store policies allow their employees to tackle minor children if they assume not even know for sure that the child stole. My child was assumed to have stolen.. in which he did not. My child who is very small for his age age 12, was tackled by a huge atleast 300lb tongan. My son was injured and Walmart resumes no responsibilities. I think its rediculous what these big name corporations are allowed to get away with. Anyone else would have gone to jail. We live in a small town and have no other option but to continue to shop there. My son is traumatized and stays home now.

They had mostly what i needed. I couldnt find sesame seeds or canola oil with grapeseed. But it wasnt very busy and i was able to get my groceries quickly.

Typical Walmart, however, this store seems to think that the isles are used for storing their excess inventory.

This Walmart is so busy I’d rather not shop here again. It is the only Walmart until you get to the interstate and are almost to Salt Lake.Self checkout lines into the store. Many cashiers open but huge lines there, too. Only had two items but had to wait in Black Friday-looking lines. And this was on a Monday during the day. Lastly, our cashier was the sloth from the dmv, but it wasn’t a joke!

This is the Walmart in Tooele, good service good selection and good prices. Check out as much easier than it is in Colorado Springs and the selection is better. The only thing I didnt like was I went there to get a couple of blow guns and they no longer carry them.I was also after a crossbow which they did not have but I could order it online or they would order it for me and I could pick it up at the store.Walmart no longer carries handguns and will not carry handgun ammunition which I am in complete disagreement with. This stuff does not injure or kill people its people that do it and if you take away the handgun and ammunition as the news media shown they will go to rifles. You take the rifles Im sure they will go to something else its the person not the device.

The tooele store had a problem keeping there shelfs stocked and a better ordering system. There shelfs were pretty much empty today. I was there on Friday and it was the same. I drive 45 miles one way to get to any stores and it is upsetting that you cant get what you need because they cant to order enough to keep there shelf stocked.

Its the only place I will shop. On-line or in person. It makes good for me. Because, I havent a car. I get rides once in a while. I really love on-line Its dropped at your door. They also have more stuff on-line to chose from. It saves caring it in and out your car then to your home. I use 2 think differently. Now its AWESOME 👌. just try it once and you will be hooked. God, Walmart makes it so easy to shop without going into their stores! Now that I can order online and pickup at one of the pickup spots, I will never go inside the store anymore. I have picked up twice from Tooele Walmart and it smooth and easy. The longest I have waited for my order was 8 minutes. I love it!!🤪

Its wally world. Good selection on baby foods but the electronics department is almost always lacking. But overall this specific walmart does have pretty okay customer service.

Grocery pickup. I have never been disappointed. Everything is fresher than I can get in the store. Picking out what I need at home makes my life so much easier.

It is not commonplace to get friendly customer service in Evanston. I have noticed the Wal-Mart employs a lot more friendly people these days.

Like all of Walmarts it definitely carries its usual product it wasnt very busy but at the time I wind which was around 9am -10am basically self checkout there might have been one cashier. And as always you find your best finds, as youre waiting for checkout or self check. Hola present is it any Walmart no problem, in and out of the store.

Its another walmart with a tooele spin. Its a Friday night hang out for the local teens. So if you hear strange sounds or see teenagers playing with kids toys dont worry, its just the local teenage daycare.

Bought a TV. Was supposed to be new. It wasnt. Already had someone elses Netflix account. Returned it. 2 days later it was back on the shelf as new... pretty shady..

We had a younger boy bring our stuff out and he was very sweet! After he packed everything into our car, he came up to our window and let us know our flour had a big tear in it. He ran inside and got us another one instead of just throwing in our car hoping we didnt notice. Ive only done pick up with Walmart a couple times, but Ive had great experiences each time.

The store does need some updating with bathrooms and some stuff. They look old, worn, and the appliances are in terrible placement. Costumer Service is pretty good, if you have the right attitude. Personally I had no problem with it. However, I do see other people having problems and it is mostly because they dont understand the situation and the employee is limited to what they can do. I mean, it is a pandemic and people keep buying out all the items on the shelves.

This place is always crowded with customers, pallets full of merchandise (that no one is working on), & employees fill up carts for curbside pickup. They need to install traffic lights to keep from having grocery cart accidents. The pallets should stay in the back until they are ready to be worked.

Worst walmart there is! Purchased an order online. Their site said they had six available at the time of purchase. Got a notification that my order was ready to pick up, so i headed there. By the time i got there i got a notification that my order was cancelled because they were out of stock?! Either their system is jacked or employees are selling stuff out from under customers online. Either way, the customer service sucks here. Try finding anyone who knows information about products in their department, or even finding someone to help you at all! I dont even get an employee discount for ringing myself up....... so i guess Ill wait in line for an hour and a half while the three cashiers struggle to ring up the entire city of tooele. Maybe if they raise prices enough they can hire another cashier to open one more of the ten lanes they arent using?! We can always dream, right?!
