Went in looking for a sink cartridge. They told me which isle and left me to figure it out on my own. The employees didnt have time to help me, they were too busy complaining about the salt lake school districts requiring masks and telling each other how stupid that is. I will not be coming back here.

Faith was nice when I first walked in she asked can I help you find something? I said no thanks, Im just looking for him (boyfriend) then she responded by saying yeah your always just looking for him There was no one else in the store. I have never met this woman a day in my life. WHY?

We have frequently gone to Standard Plumbing Supply in Tooele, Utah, to purchase items for our home and have always been impressed with the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of their inventory. Specifically, we twice have benefited from the expertise of Faith in the paint department. On both occasions, we needed to match a custom color of paint, and both times, Faith took an extra amount of time to make sure we were getting as perfect a match as possible. She was so friendly and kind to spend so much time to meet our needs.

Always very professional and helpful. Faith does a great job and knows the ins and outs of where everything is and how to help you find what you’re looking for.

I went in with only a picture and the knowledge that my back flow was leaking. Showed the nice lady behind the counter the picture of the leak and she showed me everything I needed to prevent it from breaking again. She also was able to break it down real easy how I needed to put it all together and walked me to everything I needed. Great experience!!!

I hate plumbing. I never know the right size. I never know the proper measurements. I always go into it uncertain. I am better off leaving it to the pros, which I normally do.When that is not an option, I am to happy that the folks at Standard are there. They know their plumbing and their inventory. They go way out of their way to help and make success where failure isnt an option, but is highly likely. I thank them for every purchase I make knowing full well it is the proper one.

The worst customer service ever. Faith the store manager was so rude. Then said it was my fault and to clean out my ears. WOW. unprofessional then when asked about it said she was talking to her friend but there was no one else in the store at the time. I dont get it

I went into the store at 10 till 6. They close at 6. I walked in and asked for the PVC glue. Some lady told me where it was and said if you dont plan on paying with a card then we cant help you because we have already counted down our cash. I asked dont you close at 6? She replied yes. So I said why is that my fault, then? She said why is it our fault that you waited to 10 till 6 to come in? We want to go home on time. So I guess in her eyes I can chose when a water line decides to burst and need to be replaced. I left the store thinking I was in trouble till the next morning but luckily when I made it to the car I found my card on the floor board. So I did go back in and purchase but I doubt I ever go back. Im glad when I was doing the customer service jobs that Ive done I didnt put my time of going home before the customer needs or there would b a lot of upset people with me.

I went in looking for sprinklers, they took me directly to them, they had what I needed and they had excellent customer service. I will be back!

Wow, come here if you want someone with a bad attitude to ring you up, one of the older ladies was very nice though. They also mark their products wrong, its called false advertising. I just bought a tool for $80 more than what the shelf said, and when I came back asking about it, I only received an apathetic SOL attitude.As a licensed plumber, I must say, go somewhere else.

All the ladies were very nice, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The store was very clean. I will go there first now, before I go to Home Depot.

I went in looking for filters for my reserve osmosis system, not knowing anything about it. The employees there were so helpful and took the time to search out what exactly I needed and how much it would cost me. They werent above and beyond what I expected.

We had some issues with a reverse osmosis system we had purchased that was sent with some wrong parts. Faith spent a lot of time with us trying to figure out a solution for the missing parts. We went in looking for anode rod for our water softener. Faith was very helpful, especially when the anode didn’t fix the problem. Faith assisted in determining warranty eligibility (2 weeks left on our warranty), and even completed the paperwork. Our model had been discontinued and they then called to work out a solution. Needed a small hose for a toilet. The ladies made sure we had the correct parts we needed. One little piece was missing and they caught it right away and made it right.

I have been a plumber here in Tooele for many years. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me and my crew. If something is out of stock, they usually try to get it in as soon as possible. The store is well kept and bathrooms are clean. Glad they are close by and carry the commercial grade parts we need to use.

I had to replace a water line, and the manager and staff were very helpful. They had everything I needed, and put up with myself and another guy coming in their store several times covered from head to toe with mud. They were very friendly, had good quality parts and made sure I had everything to get the water back on.

The older male was stroking the younger females hair and she obviously didnt like it. To which he sarcastically responded what you dont like it? And he called me his little plumber buddy in a degrading voice after I asked about how to use a part. I dont want to complain, I just expect not to feel uncomfortable in a 10 minute visit

I should have gone here first. I needed a simple deck plate for installation of a kitchen faucet. I went to Tooele Home Depot, I purchased the item at the Fort Union store, assuming Tooele would have the part. The plate was missing in the package and had to be ordered separately. I went to Standard Plumbing and was promptly met at the door buy a very helpful young lady told her what i needed, she got the manager Faith York to assist me. Ms. York said we dont have the part and can order it but, we have it on our display and I can give you that one. She stated we will order the part and use it for our display. Who does that? I own a development company and will be head hunting for people like this. Thanks again

I had a plumbing leak early in the morning that required shutting off my water. It was bad timing with kids needing showers before school ect. I went to the big box store and wondered around for 20 min trying to figure out how to fix my problem but nobody was there to help. It must have been too early in the a.m. for them to be fully staffed. I went to Standard and 5 minutes later I was on my way, problem solved. Great customer service! Thank you.

Their staff is always friendly. The Sales Reps greeted me when I walked in. Their Showroom bathtubs are something to brag about. Seriously, just Wow! Also, before yesterday, I had no clue how to uninstall, install or even call a toilet fill valve by its name. I needed plumbing supplies for new construction. I thought about going to salt lake for more selection but wanted to try Tooele for the convenience. I was amazed at the VERY friendly service. Kalee was over the top helpful, in every way beyond accommodating. They had almost everything I needed in stock and were able to quickly get the rest. I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs, Tooele is very lucky to have such a fantastic plumbing supply store. I wish I could give them a million stars and promote Kalee to standard plumbing CEO!
