Blocking isle ways and using all of the bigger carts. One time they had ALL of the upright carts in the back with doors on them. This store really needs to be set straight and get on par with the Salt Lake stores

We came to Home Depot in Tooele to grab a fitting for our dish washer that we had just ordered. We couldnt find what we were looking for. Jeremy the assistant Manager gave us outstanding customer service!!! He spent all the time helping us with what we needed and made sure we were good to go. I would give more than 5 stars if it was an option!!!

Great people...but cant get veterans discount, have filled out the form four times...so I went to Lowes

I needed a sump pump at 930 PM let me just say Home Depot saved the day and our basement from flooding during last nights freak rain storm. Their representatives were very helpful.

If youre in Tooele and you need some home improvement materials Home Depot is a Great place to go. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. You can get in an out with no problems. If you need to have something ordered they are happy to help. Good people, good products, good store. Give them a try.

I think there needs to be more knowledge from the department personal they are over. Went to get a light for my kitchen ceiling fixture and was told they all are standard. I had to explain they come in different sizes. Thank God I new that much about them. Other than that I have no issues with the store.

The Home Depot is truly a blessing for our littlecommunity. The Staff is always friendly and morethan happy to quit what theyre doing to give youa hand. The prices are reasonable...

The employees are the most unhelpful. They rather talk to each than acknowledge customers. Their first response is we can do that or we don’t have it, I don’t know what it is. First example, right before Christmas I wanted to get a Christmas cactus or a the employee’s said that they heard of such a thing. Ended up purchasing from Smith’s a couple of days later. Second example, I need to a couple of wooden Dowels cut in half. The first words out of the employees is “we can’t do that, but we can cut by hand.” This is redundant statement. Before I got his attention. Him to other employees were discussing how they are going to get another employee to change a display. Sounds like a, “not my job” conversation. I noticed that the only time a customer gets acknowledged if they grew up in the area. With the area growing the way it is I would definitely recommend my employees acknowledge all customers. There is money to be made. If I need to I will go clearfield location in Davis county if things do not change. I live in lake point.

This trip I was at Home Depot for an appointment with a countertop specialist. The meeting went well, the lady who consulted me was kind and patient while I tried to decide which type to get. They have a killer granite program or at least they did at the time of this review. Quoted me a better price for nicer looking stone and install than any of the other companies I got quotes from. Excited to have it in the house soon.

Ordered pickup for a customer, order was supposed to have it picked up on Thursday however was unable to do so because the order wasn’t ready. went back Friday afternoon and still wasn’t ready. Had to go in and pick order for elderly client myself. I always run into issues at this home store!!

The Home Depot has excellent selection. The thing that sets them apart is their customer service.

HomeDepot is the worst. Trying to get them to price match appliances is the worst. Many of the customer service reps dont even know if they price match, so they dont know their own store policies. I only got my fridge here because Best Buy was sold out. But in the future I hope to never purchase from HomeDepot again.

No more Tooele DeepHomo for me. Ive had too many bad experiences at this location. Most people would not believe the unfortunate encounters. Unprofessional Associates, Incompetent and clueless. I spent many thousands of $ here and I swear I would not return. I was stupid, yes for returning. I ordered a Whirlpool washer and dryer and had them deliver it to the HD store. HD called when they arrived. I went to customer service to pick them up and the employee told me the washer and dryer had already been delivered. I pointed to the washer and dryer - it was 10ft away in the caged area. She still would not let me have the washer and dryer. I went home - called the number on the receipt explaining the situation. The customer service (I think it was Whirlpool) called Homedepot and explained to them the washer and dryer was for me to pick up. I returned to HD and the same associate would not allow me to have the washer and dryer I had paid for. I asked for a manager and explained to him the situation. He also told me I could not have them because it had already been delivered. I returned home and called same employee at Whirlpool customer service. She promptly called HD again. When she came back on the line she told me I would not shop at that location anymore She promptly issued a refund and told me to go elsewhere.Missing items from packaged items. Lighting, plumbing and fasteners.Boxed in with a forklift in the aisle and they told me I was in their way.Purchased a Dewalt drill, got home and it was a used ryobi drill which they would not refund.This is only one of a multitude of issues at this location. To go on it would be a movie script with a bad ending.

We were shopping for appliances in Tooele. Woman from Appliances asked my husband on a date! I was 3 steps away! Were completely turned off by this store! We drive the extra distance to Lowes. Very uncomfortable.

Everything under one roof. However, there was not much floor staff available to help us. Very neat and clean.

Open until 10pm. With the app, I was able to find the things I needed quickly. And the employees are nice to help when needed also.

Personal safety seems to be of great concern lately and should be. This is a candid shot I took. Everyone here is doing their part. Our check out person was quite attentive. Quick and pleasant without skipping a beat on safety.

Careful, this place can be addictive and make you believe you can fix anything yourself. Just dont get their credit card and youll be alright 👍

Thank heaven for the idea of building a Home Depot in Tooele County.The store appeared like it had a very busy day/weekend it was very disorganized. And out of stock of many items. But it had what I needed

I love home depot! Staff is amazing, prices are reasonable. Theyre taking good CoVid precautions as well. On very busy days you may have to stand in line to go in, so keep that in mind.

I am retired military and lived all over the country. This Home Depot is the worst managed I have ever seen the aisles are always clogged with ladders or merchandise so you cannot get through. The inventory is not kept up. Employees are on cell phones and ignore the customer if you are new to the area. Someone in upper management needs to read these reviews and clean this store up

Customer service with bad attitude. Customer service is the worst.

This is the most incompetently managed store I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Staff routinely leave customers waiting while they socialize or do other store logistics, making excuses and being rude when asked for help. Pro account holders have no benefit when shopping at this location. Staff routinely enter wrong information on the computer when dealing with large quantity pickups, and enter the wrong information when engaging pro services. But when management is incompetent, the staff is incompetent. I will drive the extra hour to a Lowes from now on to spend my money to avoid this incompetent store.

This Home Depot is a place to stay away from. They are poorly stocked and horribly managed. The sales associates are difficult to find if you need help. If you find one great, but the problem is they arent able to answer the most basic questions about the trade they are working in. I have now twice seen the cashiers in Pro Sales on their phones while customers are trying to either check out or ask for help. The feeling I get when I walk into Tooele Home Depot is that they dont care about the customer and it doesnt bother them because they know they are the only home improvement store in Tooele. So the attitude is if you dont like it too bad cause you can go to Salt Lake if you want. Would corporate please fix this place or close it down!

From DIY projects to business, home depot has everything you need. The gentlemen in lumber are extremely knowledgeable and will help you find the materials youre looking for. The service desk is also a great tool to use if its your first time in the store and needing directions that will assist in getting you in and out within a timely manner.

I got to Home Depot because I dont like lowes. There has not been one time when I have gone to lowes and ask one of there employees about how to do something or what part I would need for something that they were of any assistance. HOWEVER... at Home Depot, when I ask the employees there they either have the answer or if they dont they find me someone that does know. Plus Home Depot is cheaper basically all of the time. It would be 5 star but the checkouts can be a little slow.

Very busy but lots of things in the aisles to have to walk around and possibly trip over. Twice my cart got stuck on something loose on the floor. I requested the location of a 4 wheel furniture dolly and all they could point me to was hand trucks. I never found the dollys..

Absolutely the worst customer service in a long time anywhere, and I usually never give a bad review but for a big company -- this is unacceptable. I ordered a washer and dryer and paid for the delivery and installation. They did not install when they delivered it. It is now going to be over a month before they come to install it at my place of business. The people on the phone (Ive contacted them three times) sound like Im putting them out.

I like Home Depots products and pricing but the experience can frequently be disappointing. This visit was no exception.First off, when I came in, I overheard two employees talking about catching someone on camera and surprising them with baseball bats. That kind of conversation is very unprofessional and has no place happening in front of customers (or at all, actually).Second, when I was in the plumbing aisle, I asked an employee what the difference was between the black and the white pipes were. He said, I dont know. Im new. Then he went back to pricing stuff and ignored me.I dont blame this employee for being new and not knowing things. I blame management for putting him on the floor without instructing him what to do if a customer asks him a question. He should have sought out another employee who did know.Ive worked at various office and computer stores for about a decade and Ive even managed them. If any of my employees or coworkers had treated customers like this, wed have had words. This is not good customer service and it is not professional.Home Depot really needs to grow up.

Our central AC went out at rockstar pets and it was getting dangerously hot for the animals. We went to get a window unit from this location and the employees were incredibly helpful! Specifically Chad and Trevor. Thank you guys so much from us and the animals!

We went to get a Christmas Tree. The young man at the register didnt know how to put netting around the tree. Instead of him calling to have someone come, he told us we had to go find someone.
