Walts Carstar has always done a great job when we need anything. They are personable and always has an answer to my questions. Great place!

Took awhile but they fixed my truck after an accident. Repairs were done well. Minor issue after I got the truck back that they took care of very quickly. Delays weren’t their fault but related to difficulty getting parts.

Service prior and following the repairs were excellent! When I picked up my truck it was cleaned inside and out. Team did quality work and was timely on the repairs-nice work!

Friendly service, coordinated well with insurance, good communication but incredibly slow took over 3 weeks.

We tried to use Walts Carstar on 19th Street for an estimate to have some body work done after an accident (not our fault so we want it fixed) because it was one of State Farms companies to use. I called, explained that the vehicle was being driven in from out of town. The gentleman told me that it would not be a problem and that they would give us an estimate. You could make an appointment but you didnt have to have one. He might have to wait a few minutes. He showed up with the vehicle at 2:30 in the afternoon and the girl refused to have it looked at and said he had to come back next week. Meaning it had to be driven back from out of town again. With gas being almost $3.00 a gallon and it takes a good 45 minutes each way to drive there, we will now go to a different shop to have the work done since Walts does not need or want our business.

I had an insurance claim. They coordinated everything with the insurance company and car rental company. They made it easy and painless! They also fixed another small problem for me that I paid for. I was very happy.

This is second time Ive had to use Walts in the past year. I guess people like hitting my truck.The work they do is great. Service is above expectations. I had damage to the rear end of my vehicle and the replaced and painted the damaged parts in a timely manner.

Didn’t replace my hood, seatbelts were stuck behind interior panels and behind rear seats, headlights, bumper and fenders are out of alignment than everything else, the job got completed but i’d much rather have done the work myself now that i see the outcome.

Absolute professionals start to finish! My truck looks brand new!!

The entire experience, from getting an estimate, to getting a rental and ending with picking my car up, was worry free. They take care of everything!! The people are always friendly and professional. I had damage to the rear of my brand new car. I took it to Carstar where I had previous experience. They fixed the damage and repainted the area so I cant even tell where the damage was. I highly recommend them for any problems you have with your car.

After an accident they fixed my front bumper and plastic trim. High quality parts put back in. Very happy with the results

I praise walts for their service. Ive used them twice after 2 different deer accidents. The first went smoothly my car was finished on time and looked great. The second there were a couple of mistakes made in the repairs but they were very quick to resolve those issues and they even paid for my rental while the work was being done. They couldnt decide on when my car was going to be finished. I was given 3 different completion dates. Only used them because of insurance requirements. Cost me alot of money taking off work, only to be called and told they received bad parts. But I guess as long as they get their money thats all that matters to them

Walts Autobody Carstar (19th Terrace) was recommended/endorsed by Allstate Insurance as they have a formal relationship in place that allows direct communication and adjustments that expedites the insurance and repair processes. Carstars Chelsea was professional, timely, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Chelsea accommodated my unconventional work schedule by meeting me on the weekend to turnover the vehicle. Carstars deer collision repair restored the 2020 to its factory fit and appearance. Working with Enterprise Car Rentals and Chelsea, my temporary transportation needs were made easier by being able to leave the rental car at Carstar when I picked up my vehicle. I could not be more pleased with my first Carstar experience.Steve

Walts repaired a dent in my car door from someone backing into it. It was absolutely no hassle and they delt with the other parties insurance company for payment. Made it really easy for me. They also cleaned my car before giving it back to me!

Car went in on a Monday and I got it back on a Tuesday. Came back looking better than when it was on a showroom floor. Walts is highly professional all the way around. No body wants there car in a wreck, but if it ever happens again there’s only one place I’ll take it to get fixed, Walts.

We hit a deer in our Dodge Journey, there was alot of front end damage. The great folks at Walts did a AMAZING job getting our car looking brand new. They even vacuumed the inside!! They kept in touch with us, and were polite & professional the whole way through. We definitely recommend Walts Carstar!!! Thanks again guys!!

I’m sorry to say after having Walt’s do auto body for our entire family we are looking elsewhere. After having our vehicle for weeks we got it back only to have to take it back in because the front end was not completely attached. We were disappointed in them for having to take it back and it still not be properly attached. They were super nice about it, and the gals at the front desk are friendly. But the workmanship has declined.

I had to take my car in for replacement of all drivers side panels of my car. Walts was very professional, quick and the repair looks amazing! Thank you for all of your hard work.

After and before pics of the car I took to Walts . (The one with the scrapes and small crack is how i took it to them) They had it for almost a month and I got it back in worse condition than when I took it in. They then charged my insurance to make it right without me knowing. I wont be going back!!!

Great service. They did an excellent job repairing the damage done to the passenger side door of my vehicle after it was backed into by another vehicle. Cant even tell there was any prior damage unless you knew about it. Would definitely go back for repairs in the future if needed.

This shop is AMAZING! I was stranded in town during a rain storm with thunder and lightening with my passenger door STUCK WIDE OPEN. I called AAA to tow the vehicle and it would have been several hours. The gentleman from this company left his job and came to me and used a screwdriver to fix the problem in less than 5 minutes! Walts went above and beyond on my car repair after I hit a coyote! When there was a hiccup with insurance Chelsea kept me informed. They stayed late on a Friday to repair a faulty radiator just to get my car back to me.Ill be taking any future body work there for sure!

We had to use Walts after we were hit by another driver due to their insurance company requirements. I was sceptical of the service we would receive as it was not a body shop that we heard a lot about. We were surprised. The shop was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. They had Enterprise Rental there and we drove away in our rental. The repairs took 4 days and they found something that broke that we didnt notice. They went ahead and fixed it for us. We will definitely use them again if life forces us into a similar situation in the future.

Everyone their is super friendly, they only have one care and that is making sure your vehicle is put back the way it should and keeping their customers happy! I have always used Walts and will continue to use them.

Do not do business with this company I went there over two weeks ago to get an estimate on my rear bumper to have fixed decided instead to have it cashed out waited another week to get any answer back from them then I called them to ask what was going on and they lost all the paperwork and the pictures that they took to give to the insurance company for the person that hit me in my experience this is very unprofessional and incompetence of a company that supposed to be highly rated in Topeka Kansas stay away
