Jayhawk Body replaced my windshield at a fair price in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to ensure I had transportation going back to work and back to pick my vehicle up.

I dont usually leave reviews, But Kevin and his crew did an out standing job with my corvette although we ran into a minor issue it was taken care, and they did everything to make it right which makes them really upstanding individuals. Would 100% recommend.

This morning a semi ran over a rubber brick & threw it up & it crashed through my windshield. By 3:30 tonight I have a brand new windshield. Still picking glass out of my hair, but the inside of my car (which was covered in glass) is now spotless too! I can’t recommend Jayhawk Body Shop & Glass enough!

Replaced mechanicals for my front door windows quickly and efficiently. Identified the cause, a poorly installed speaker, and corrected it so no further damage is done.pointed out additional problem points to be addressed later.

Overall I am satisfied just slightly disappointed in the condition of my car when I arrived. I went in to have a door repaired, the outside door looked amazing but door handle had a snag verses a smooth opening as it did when I dropped it off. The inside was very dusty and did not appear to be wiped down. They did adjust the door latch after I expressed concern, the door still does not open smoothly but is a lot better than when I arrived. I was told if they keep adjusted it could cause damage. I was told that when they did body work on the door the car is basically setting with a large window open and dust can get in... and then told they do use plastic but it does not alway seal... I did not drop my car off detailed clean so did not expect them to do a detail clean... but I think properly sealing my car so dust didn’t get in it and wiping down any mess caused from repairs they made isn’t a lot to expect. They did go back and do a quick wipe down after I expressed my unhappiness. The gentleman helping me out was unable to tell me why there was issues but was eager to correct the issues. I would go back to get my wind shield replaced but would look around more on body repairs Or stick with body shops recommend by my insurance ... I choose this company just from word of mouth and was excited to see America family insurance worked with them... (not my insurance) 7 years ago I went to Lewis body and collision ( on my insurance list) and was amazed when I got my car back on the work and detail... so I may have came bias and high expectations

Had my car broken into. Needed two windshields replaced and some damage to my door fixed. They got me in right away, gave me a quote quickly and started the work. Always professional and nice people. I then had an issue where I paid for the entire work on my car, as insurance was reimbursing me directly, but one of the payments for a supplement was less than asked for. Talked to the guys and Jayhawk and they reimbursed me the difference immediately and said they would handle getting the difference from the insurance. I will never go anywhere else for body or glass work. Top notch!

11-30-20My daughter needed her windshield replaced but lived in Minnesota. Jayhawk was highly recommended so I scheduled the replacement for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When she arrived for the appointment -the wrong windshield was ordered (something about a sensor). She was leaving on Sunday and they wouldnt be able to install the other one until Monday. She was so upset. When she went to pick up her car they told her they would install the correct windshield on Friday -even though werent technically open. Thank you so much for coming through for my daughter. It was a major relief, I didnt want to send her back on a 500 mile trip with a cracked windshield.

This place was the only local place in Topeka that actually answered the phone. The gentleman was really nice and told me to come on by so he could see the crack in the windshield. Once I arrived, he immediately took care of me. He went out to inspect then he brought the car into the shop. About 20 minutes later, the crack was filled. It was a pleasant experience.

Izzy has been my point of contact on a collision repair that entailed over 5 thousand in damage. Their repairs and paint could not be picked out from the original. Vehicle drive straight down the highway afterward with no hiccups at all. Overall very pleased with this shop. I have also used them for a windshield which came at a reasonable price with 1 day turnaround.

I needed some cosmetic repairs done to my son’s car that weren’t covered by insurance. I called around to various body shops in Topeka and thought I was never going to be able to afford to fix his car until Jayhawk emailed me back with the lowest price, like, way, way lower than the next best price in town. I needed the work done with short notice as I wanted to surprise my son when he came home from a weekend trip. The guys at Jayhawk got the car in, bumper repaired, repainted (color matched perfectly)and installed by 3:30 the next afternoon. It looks AMAZING and I will be bringing my other car in next week to replace the windshield which will cost me $700 less than the lowest quote I got from Safelite or Binswenger. If you want your car to look just like it did when you bought it brand new, you definitely need to call these guys, you won’t regret it.

Window was installed in timely manner, seemed like good people when we went. Messed up the cowl under the windshield of my wifes car and wont fix it cuz I dont have my receipt from 6 months ago. Have called SEVERAL times and been told Id receive a call back and never have now weve had to deal with the cowl humming everytime we get on the highway.

Jayhawk Glass is definitely the place to go for your auto glass needs. Always professional and courteous. They do good work and they go above and beyond. When I had my windshield replaced recently and not only did they do good work, they also transferred my ktag over to the new windshield.

I have needed 3 windshields on my car since moving to Topeka about 5 years ago. The last 2 were with Jayhawk - great service and significant cost savings. I also needed a driver door handle. The first one was recycled and failed in about a month. Jayhawk replaced it with and OEM handle free of charge. Great.

My very first time coming here was great customer service and professional in a timely manner getting my windshield fixed.This time was the absolute worst customer service expirence I’ve ever had. I brung my vehicle in at 9 am for a windshield replacement. They told me it would be a few hours, a few hours turned into 8 hours which turned into them telling me they can’t fix my windshield because of a part THEY forgot to order. In addition my windshield has more cracks than when I originally brung it in. They are offering nothing to make this right and had the nerve to get upset with me over this very unprofessional, Inadequate service . Not to mention I just got my car detailed before taking in for this service, to return to a vehicle with dust and footprints everywhere. I will never take my vehicle here again. Truly and utterly disappointed in this business!!

Today me and my husband took his car in to have a driver side door window replaced. Dropped it off around 9:30 am. We returned after 2pm to find that they did not replace our window in the door but put a new windshield in instead. After speaking with the man at the counter he said he realized the mistake when they were done. Now we have a windshield with no rubber molding cause they cant find one. We were not charged for the windshield.

Great price on the windshield replacement, but they broke the cowl and never said a word..

I took my vehicle to jayhawk for some front end repair. I had my front end hit and needed a bumper and a grill . the grille was not fully painted and from what is unpainted I can see there was no primer used at all.being a plastic piece maybe primer isnt needed or they used special paint and it fine ... But either way it should be painted..additionally the grille was installed incorrectly so it doesnt line up with the hood. They also neglected a piece of trim between the bumper and the lower section.all in all I was disappointed with the repair. I will be repainting and re installing myself. Which I probly should have done in the first place. I have yet to find a shop in in this town that doesnt cut corners somewhere.
