We had a wonderful experience at Briggs body shop. Our truck got rear ended and the damage was pretty serious but our truck looks brand spanking new now. The professionalism of the guys are the shop is unmatched and I will recommend this shop to any friend or family member needing to restore their car to pre crash condition. We couldn’t be happier.

Broke my windshield while trying to repair a dent on back of car. Severe lack of quality control. Briggs couldnt fix car correctly after 5 tries. The owner and tucker are cowards and the techs are incompetent. Briggs went after my job for leaving a bad review. They didnt speak to me about it after the review. Take your car somewhere else. Had issues with their repairs for over a year and had to take it to an actual body shop for proper fix.

I did not have a full collision repair done but I did have them paint a hood and a bumper. Paint looked good and matched. Thats all I asked for!

The manager made sure every detail was taken care of. Very happy with the finished product. Thank you for a great job!

This shop will take every shortcut they can on your vehicle. They cant do anything right. It would be difficult to find somewhere worse than Briggs. Based on their poor quality work on my vehicle, the 5 star reviews are questionable.

Just wanted to say Ive heard horror stories about other body shops here in town but Briggs Auto Body is differently above all others! Great customer service and very honest people. Very pleased with the service i received!

Briggs has been nothing but awesome to us. We had a car that received some damage after running over something in the road. Between Barbara and Tucker at Briggs they kept us informed every step of the way through insurance communication and all issues dealing with the car. They were awesome and went ABOVE and BEYOND!

Our vehicle was rear ended, and from the time we took it into Briggs newest location in Topeka, there latest body shop, we were pleasantly greeted by Tucker, he was personable and professional at the same time, which we appreciated, he assured us everything would be taken care of completely.
