Finding a good car mechanic is gold. Crossroads was gold for me. I have a 2009 Mini Clubman - 02 sensors out, electric door wont open, license plate lights were out. He discovered he didnt have to change both sensors, but thank goodness he noticed the serpentine belt was cracked and found two defective tires. I am very pleased with the service that I received. I know that I can take my car on a trip and know that I dont have to worry about it not making it there and back. He cleaned the fuel line an it improved the fuel mileage by 2-3 miles in town and 4-5 on the highway. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good repair shop. God Bless

They replaced my engine and did a fantastic job and pretty fast I might add. Also helped me handle warranty paperwork on it, as it was a re manned engine. Best place to go to get treated appropriately and get jobs done right!

I took my car in with a decent sized coolant leak so they could pressurize the lines and find the faults. Start to finish, it took just under 2 days and I was updated multiple times a day with what they found, and progress on fixing the issue. In the end, I paid a fair price and the work has held up 100%. I would recommend this business without hesitation.

I will be back. I do minor maintenance myself but for diagnostics and bigger repairs these guys are fantastic. They know what theyre doing and communicate really well, I dont go to shops often if I can avoid it but Crossroads treated me better than any major auto chain ever has. Every question I had was answered promptly when I texted or called, quotes were accurate and I got a lot of detailed explanations for my questions and inquiries, in short time. Really competitive rates and part prices too. In my instance a full AC diag & replacement only cost me barely $400 in labor and shop supplies and tax. Drove away with AC that froze my ears after I came in with a dead compressor initially.When there was an issue they found with a part I recently bought from OReilys, they even took the initiative to call the store for me to get me some information, before Crossroads called me to let me know what they found.Go here and theyll take care of you.

I needed a ball joint and bearing replaced on my Subaru. The entire process was very customer friendly. Ben scheduled everything plus gave me a list of the items to be serviced and the cost. This is a great shop. It is family owned, and family run. They clearly care about the people that come to them for work. I recently had them do some work that I was very happy with. They were quick, cost effective, and their way of dealing with my business made me feel taken care of. I had heard great things, and tried them out based on other satisfied customers. I had no worries of being taken advantage of, since cars are not something I know a lot about. I will be back next time my cars need service.

This place is fantastic! Went in because of an unfortunate wreck (pothole) and came out thankful it had happened. Ben and his staff were very thorough and completely transparent through the whole process. They noticed some other items that need replaced along the way and explained specifically why. Being a car guy I was skeptical because that’s how so many folks get taken advantage of. After my own research, the technicians literally documenting everything with pictures and saving the parts - I felt completely comfortable with what was going on. Ben was fair in how he handled the whole ordeal and honestly probably saved me thousands later down the road. Grateful for the help and highly recommend!

I had bought a big Dodge Sprinter van from a family member that had dumped over $10,000 trying to get it fixed at a local dealership. Not only did they never actually fix the issue it took them over a year to do it.Fast forward several shops trying to figure it out I had about given up when I ran into Ben at Crossroads. Not only did he find the problems in an hour but he managed to get it fixed in less than a week.In a industry notorious for running up hours and wringing every cent out of you I was elated to finally find a good trustworthy mechanic. They genuinely care about taking care of you and doing the right thing.My only complaint is they are to affordable. While noble it does lead to appointment times that can get a bit long. All in all worth the wait and I am sure if you have an emergency they will work you in.

Cant say enough about what a great place this is. If you have an issue, talk with Ben and hell take care of you. The only person in town I trust with my Sprinter.

So far the best experience with getting my car fixed in decades. The staff was patient and courteous. They asked questions about what I wanted to get done and the timeline I needed it done by. I still have a (what I call a wish list) few things on my wish list like getting my CD player fixed and they are looking for a good used one for me per my request, etc.I believe them to be honest. They could have charged me for 2 new side mirrors when it just needed a switch. Saved me a couple hundred dollars. I would have never known otherwise.I Thank God He let me run into some one who recommended Ben to me.

It can be hard to find a good, smart, honest, thorough, and timely mechanic, but I found one. Crossroads Automotive by Stutzman got me fixed up. They replaced the water pump and timing chain, (a huge job on a Ford, apparently) and all the little things involved that I know nothing about, and changed my oil. They took care of dealing with the warranty company so I didnt have to. Super professional, and all around good people to work with. I highly recommend Ben Stutzman!
