My car was making a lot of noise so I took it to Hogan Muffler to get it fixed. Curtis and all the employees were very courteous and thorough. They checked for an exhaust leak, showed me a picture of the crack, and explained in detail what they needed to do to fix it. They set up a time and gave me an exact quote of the cost. When I dropped my car off for the repair they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the repair was complete. This was a great experience and I will definitely recommend them and use them again. This would definitely be my Garage of choice if I lived in Topeka. While traveling to Topeka the check engine light came on and the car started to sputter. I showed up at Hogans Muffler Shop at 745. Curt and Tanner went beyond any hope or expectation. They quickly got the Jeep in for diagnosis. Like most people I just figured the worst but only got the BEST. I needed to spark plug wires. Curt explained some issues I will deal with in owning a Jeep. And then head helped me take care of getting the VIN inspected.Awesome doesnt explain the experience I had.

These guys rock! I needed exhaust work done. They did it in the time they said they would for the price they quoted. They found a hard-to-find gasket for my 1973 Mercedes, replaced a section of pipe and tightened the bolts all for the same price Midas quoted just to tighten the bolts. Courteous and knowledgeable with integrity.

These guys helped me out so much. Fixed my caliper issue and also the squeak coming from the back brake on my truck, after a different shop couldnt figure out the issue and wanted to replace all the brake hardware. That would have cost me somewhere over 1000$ and wouldnt even have fixed the issue.I wont go into all the details, but these guys go above and beyond for their customers. Great shop, happy I found it when I did.

Great work and its warranted. Very good group of guys then the other stuff I always got some of the best looking vehicles in Topeka at their shop so if that doesnt tell you much I dont know what will. I have a 2015 302 Boss Mustang and it had the side pipes with baffling in it and they were able to remove all that for me and run 1 mean sounding exhaust systems out the back and now that baby purrrrs!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Ive used this place for several years and will continue for years to come. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and HONEST. I have never had a repair without them taking the time to carefully explain why the repair is needed, and Ive even had them not do work I had asked because it was not necessary. Trust is an extremely valuable aspect of a good garage and quality mechanics. Reasonable prices also are nice. Hogans excels in both.

I have been going here for 20+ years....Ive never had a bad experience. There are very few places that I can say that about. If you take your car there for diagnosis and repair work....it might be good news...it might be bad news, but you can bet that itll be the truth. If Curt and the guys say its needs to be fixed...rest assured It Needs to be fixed. Prices are fair, work is quality and the staff is fantastic.

Absolutely loved this place! They did a fantastic job on my brakes (which were horrendous prior) and a handful of other small issues. Kevin was absolutely fantastic! Im the type of person who really appreciates when people keep me updated on repairs, projects, etc. and he always made sure to let me know what was happening while valuing my input. I will definitely be returning to this location again!

Hogan Muffler and Brake is the only place I take my vehicle. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I always feel comfortable and safe going to them knowing that they always do a great job and take good care of me. Ive been to many places before that take advantage of you and list things that you need fixed, that you dont even need. This place definitely wont do that. They are local, family owned and always do a wonderful job. I wont go anywhere but here and I strongly recommend them to everyone!

These guys are great. Took in my 08 acura TL type s to see about a custom exhaust job. Instead of trying to over sell me something that wouldnt quite fit right, they gave me other options. Accomplished the same goal (sound) for much cheaper than a botched full system exhaust job. Highly recommended, these guys are fair and honest and will answer any question you may have.

Not impressed, DO NOT GO FOR REPAIRS HERE !! I would not recommend the shop simple because of the uncooperative nature of the owner. When a car owner comes in to your shop to get a repair solution, they are not exactly experts (otherwise i would have done the repair myself) and whatever solution is recommended is agreed upon by both parties as a professional code of work ethics. If the same issue arises in the car again, the response of the shop owner was that because you told us to replace this part, we did what we were told and are not liable for it.

Love the new exhaust! Looks and sounds great!!Recently took my 2003 Silverado in to Hogan Muffler to get some ideas on a new exhaust system.I was not very sure on what I wanted or how much I was trying to spend at the time. I found this place on the Web because I was looking for a place that could do a custom dual exhaust on my BMW. Im very picky and wanted the best possible results for the least amount of money. Boy did this place deliver! I worked with Curt on exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. He and his staff delivered exactly that. He even walked me through the process and issues they encountered afterwards. He even involved me in the process of making sure the exhaust tips were perfectly spot on before welding them in place. He is very thorough and methodical about obtaining perfect results and even instills this and his professional work ethic into his entire staff. Combine this with their extremely reasonable prices and the fact this is a local family business, Im just thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be bringing future business their way for myself, my family, and everyone I know!

A great group of guys! Plus, bang for thr buck! They diagnosed the shimmy problem on my truck and fixed it in a timely manner. They even looked at the brakes and rotors while they fixed thr problem. I am highly recommending this place.

Fixed the problem and didnt feel like we were over charged. Had it done the same day. They did get a little grease on my arm rest. I tok it back in and the gentleman worked to clean it off right away with a very genuine apology which I appreciated more than the cleaning!

Ive been going to these guys for close to 8 years now. Theyve done everything from build me a custom downpipe, change my oil, fix exhaust leaks, and weld up my headers. I dont trust any other shop in town. Their rates are decent and they guys are friendly and professional.If you want the best exhaust around that is mandrel bent for performance, or even a belt changed, GO TO HOGANS!

Only place in Topeka, maybe even NE Kansas that can build a custom mandrel-bent exhaust. If thats not enough, the service Ive gotten from them has been great. Ive come in with some VERY odd requests and some complicated pieces of pipe to make, and theyve always done a great job for me. Theyre the only place I recommend for exhaust work.

Without a doubt the most professional, knowledgeable Auto service guys around. Truly wont take my cars anywhere else.

I had some exhaust trouble so i went to the dealership and got a quote of over $1500.00 to replace/repair an O2 sensor and replace a section of my exhaust. I couldnt afford it so i was just driving around like that. I posted it on Facebook and a guy named Mike Torans said to go to Hogans, i did, and i got everything done for less than half of what the dealership quoted me and they got it handled very quickly. Dont ever take them a vehicle that isnt a GM. You will be laughed out of the building. I tried to get them to work on my Taurus over heating problem, but the price I was quoted and the old boys club vibe I got from them, I wont go back.
