AS A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER I CALLED TO GET BUSINESS CARDS MADE FOR MYSELF AND SHANNON WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND WROTE EVERYTHING DOWN 30MINS LATER I HAD A EMAIL WITH A SAMPLE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. I JUST CALLED AND ORDERED TO GO MENUS BECAUSE OF THE GREAT QUALITY AND SERVICE. I RECOMMEND THEN!

Our machine has been down three days and Im still waiting on a call to let me know when a tech might come to fix it. We have called everyday and cannot get any response or action....be leary of signing a lease with this company. In addition, they sent a $900.00!! invoice out of the blue claiming it was for very old print dates. We print 2000 prints a month (its wirelessly reported to them) and pay their TWO bills every month in full but they still claim this random $900 invoice is due.
