I sent an email 6 times to have it printed out for me. i was apparently speaking to a manger. She said they never got it so I sent it 6 times. She blames my internet for this. After I already sent it to a copy store down the street and picked it up I then got an email from office depo saying they finally got it. This was 30 minutes later, an email takes 5 seconds to get. Do not use print department here, Also staples is much cheaper for supplies

I am not sure if the girl behind the counter was having a bad day, hates her job, if it is just her personality, or all three. i had never shipped anything fed ex and the copiers were running. i have a hard time hearing as it is. when she had to repeat something she was very short and obviously irritated. when I pointed out i couldnt hear and I felt she was being rude I got the lovely eye roll. will not be doing business here again. rating would be 0 stars if possible.
