Agree With Stacy T. on Yelp. We had a over order of flooring to. They smooth talked their way out of it. We had alot of issues with them not getting their sub-crew to do repairs. We spent over 15k with this company and I would recommend a flooring company that has a in house crew and not sub crew. Because they told me to call the sub crew for repairs.....NO carpet plus YOU are the name I hired not your sub-crew. My account is under new spouses last name. Thanks

Really great customer service. I described what I needed and he found just what I wanted in less than 5 minutes. He allowed me to take a large sample home and that was so awesome to see how it looked in our home. He was able to schedule us in only 2 weeks and when we came across some problems he graciously changed our order. Also, the carpet was better quality and cost less than the carpet we looked at at other stores!
