The battery in my minivan is completely dead so I have been calling around to get price estimates for a replacement. I called the lovely people at Interstate Batteries of Northern Kansas and they were the first place to have amazing customer service! The gal I talked to was super sweet and very easy to talk to! She and her coworker even went above and beyond to check for better deals for me rather than just offering me the most expensive battery they had (like some other places did). Definitely buying from them!

I’ve been buying batteries from this place for over twenty years (starting when they were at the depot location). They have good prices, although I paid $20 more for the same type battery I bought just four years ago. They would last longer than four years, until the one I just replaced. My biggest complaint though, is that before putting the battery into my car I checked the fluid level, and found all six cells quite low. This is not the condition a new battery should be.

Didnt sell us the 5 year truck battery instead it was an eighteen month battery. We wont be back. Poor customer service. They sell you what they want not what you want to buy. Poorest service Ive ever had to encounter at a retail store.

Got a battery in march of this year. Having problems,took it back today .they said it was frooze up. Said it would take two days to charge. Said it had to be completely drained to freeze. Charged it all day 3 days ago and drove the truck two days before it went dead again. Other battery place said it was bad. Will let you know how it turns out.winter hasnt even really started yet. Ask if they would call me . Gave me a card and said we dont have time to call, call us

The driving instructions are not completely right. When you get to the last cross roads you need to turn left. It says its straight ahead. After you turn left its on the left.
