I got serviced on Aug. 20th, and it was worth the 1hr drive there. I been struggling since March to get my car fixed. I have been in and out of multiple shops as well. I am definitely coming here for all my services. Thank you for taking the time and finally fixing the on going issue with my vehicle. Highly recommend, great work, and genuine employees .

Sticking with these guys, big o tires in lawrence and topeka tried to rip me off, Firestone anyday

I was kinda in a bit of a panic with a low tire and a 30-mile drive ahead of me. The young men were very helpful!!Oh, and I DO have Firestone tires on my van. When we had our service station, we sold them. Now that Ive researched the new versions, I recommend them again.

Nice people but very very slow service. I took my tire that had a nail in it at 7:30am and it was not fixed until 3:30pm. Overall very unhappy with my experience. Wish I could’ve gone somewhere else but I had previously bought a warranty on my tires and that doesn’t apply if I go to another place.

Friendly employees. They got my alignment completed quickly and got me in early!

Had to get a tire plugged. Have been to other places where they do it for free so was a bit taken aback when they charged $21.00. Still, the job seems satisfactory.

I will never use this establishment again, three strikes and youre out! 1st strike: went in for a tire change and brake job. They somehow broke my steering column and cost me a days pay (had my tuck for 2 days). 2nd: I go in with an appointment for 2 tires on sale, given a 1 hr lead time and 5.5 hours later they got the 2 tires on. 3rd: at 8 am calling for a brake job We can get you in and and have you taken care of by noon for sure! I call a quarter to noon and was told they might get me in by 6pm *note: I explicitly explained I work night shift and need sleep*...They had my truck for 3.5 hours and did nothing but deny the honor to their word. Im ASE certified and could have been done and in bed but they chose to be dishonest...its one thing to be busy and honest with your customers, its another to be lie to them for a sale.

Called for a quote for a repair Mike told me to find someplace else and hung up.

I would love to! I went today to get an oil&filter change at one in Topeka, KS. When I went in they did a courtesy check. In doing so- they found that I needed 3/4 new tires, a new battery, and a license plate light changed. When they told me this I told them Well I can do the light and they didnt let me vet the MYSELF out b4 leaving. I didnt know they had went and put it in until i got home bc they hadnt told me at the register. Called back and they said i requested it be changed- why would I request it be changed and pay $13 for them to change it, when I can do it just by paying for the bulb myself? No refund has been given

They provide great service, and if something isnt done right on occasion, they make it right.

I love this place. They are very friendly with fast and good service. They will call you and give you updates on the process of you car. I feel confident and safe with them working on my car.

Made an appointment 8 days ago and was assured my tires would be in stock and ready for installation. I arrived at 8 am and was told my tires we not ordered. The only solution offered was to come back another day. I went to store on 21st street and they had a solution even though they didnt create the problem. They found tires in Manhattan who didnt have time to do installation. They offered to do install if I got the tires from Manhattan. At least it was a solution and the 21st store fixed problem caused by this 37th st store.

Made an appointment almost last minute at 10am. My car needed alot of work, oil change, new brakes, new throttle body, and an engine tune up. I didnt expect to have it back same day since it was already late in the day when I dropped it off, but they had it done by 5PM! Will definitely be back!!

Dave & Mike are always helpful and honest. They explain everything completely and service my vehicle as quickly as possible. I have never had a problem with them. Great experience!! Tim is a great technician, too!

If I could give this place ten stars I would. Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I have been coming here for several years and very time I walk in they are friendly and discuss service options without pressuring me to purchase anything. I never have buyers remorse and they always provide quality service. I will drive all the way across town just to bring my car here because I know I can trust them.

Quality work at a fair process. Im very lucky about who works on my car. Honesty counts for almost everything. Ive been going to Firestone for two years. I feel very comfortable there.

The wait time is justified for the work done on your vehicle. On average 1hr start to finish for 2 new tires being replaced. Include a comprehensive vehicle check. Balancing of tires, valve stem replaced and other aspects of tire replacement.

Dropped my car off to have a brake light replaced, have my ac charged and get a diagnostic for my check engine light that had come on. They said theyd get back to me either later that day or the day after. 3 days later I picked my car up because, they did nothing!! And then charged me $11 for checking the AC. Having not done any of the things I asked.

A wonderful staff. Friendly and well informed...Took care of my problem the first time . Didnt feel like I was being ripped off.

I called on a Friday to set an appointment to get new tires. The man on the phone was extremely sweet and helpful. I show up on Sunday at my scheduled time and Joe is trying to sell me a different tire and sell me a credit card. Then tells me that the car wont be done for 5 hours. I called Big O Tire. They had it done in 1hour and a half. Terrible customer service to Firestone. Wont be back! ✌

I have had my Santa Fe serviced by Firestone on 37th Street in Topeka since 2012. I have spent several thousand dollars purchasing new tires, struts, brakes and several other things. Over the last several weeks after my struts and brakes were installed I continued to hear a significant rattle which was not normal. I have driven this vehicle at a minimum of 60 miles per day so I do know my vehicle. I took it back to Firestone on 3 occasions explaining the problem. First time I was told my hub needed the corrosion on it ground off (Lawrence Store). Topeka location the second time I was told they lubed and greased in areas underneath. Third time I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle, but if I wanted to come back and have a hug sometime that would be okay. At that visit I was specifically told they drove the car and there will be rattles and its something that happens. I walked away that day totally humiliated. I finally decided to take it to the dealership for help. They found immediately the front end sway bar links were bad. After weeks of high anxiety believing my car was going to break down every day, finally someone listened to me and found the problem. Firestone has lost my business forever!!

I dont like repairs but Ive always brought all of my cars here for oil changes and more because of the friendly staff and I know that the mechanics are honest and everything is fixed correctly and perfect.

Appointed was made, however it was delayed an hour. They promised to call when finised, but did not which made us cancel another appt only to find out the service had been completed earlier.but the mechanic had gone for the day an neglected to call. Bad service. Lots of wasted time.

Knowledgeable staff, did no try to sell me extras or find additional items that were in need of repair. They also exceeded the time they quoted to get the job done.

I buy only Firestone. 6 months ago I bought 4 New Tires for my Toyota Trunda Truck and have been very pleased with my purchase. Also when me and my wife went to Alabama from Washington St. I had Firestone change our oil, and had the front end lined up on my wifes Toyota Prius and was well pleased for there work. And the price was fair.

Don’t schedule appointments here if you know it is going to snow that day. I drove across town on a snowy day to get told they would not take my car in due to lack of staff and because their system was not on.

Had our Truck Towed here when we were moving from Nebraska to Texas and had a tire blow out on the Turnpike. They were fast with replacing the tire and getting us back on the road again!! Staff was very friendly!

Told us we needed over $1,000 in repairs to our Blazer when the engine was shot. If we hadnt taken it somewhere else and done the repairs they said we needed we would have been out money and our Blazer still wouldnt have ran. Glad we took it to Nicolays for a second opinion.

This is a hassle - free business. They just take care of you.

They charged me $300 for parts and labor and never fix the problem. It ended up being a $16 relay to fix the problem. Firestone you are a joke and I will never use your service again. And I know the owner dont care.

They are always polite, funny, and honest. They do not push additional services, but do mention if they see a problem. They always say up front what the cost for a service will be with labor. I dont go anywhere else for general maintenance and tires.

The only time i went to Firestone was a few years back in Greeley Colorado and I swore i would never go back again. I bought a new tire that was NOT A NEW TIRE. It deserves no stars

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I bought my tires from Firestone. When in on a Sunday while it was sleeting with a screw stuck in my tire. Not a soul in the place and I’m sure they were doing scheduled work. Wouldn’t take the time to repair my tire. I will never go back!
