Friend buying an Envoy from here. Still owes a little over $8,000 on an $11,000 loan and have had it for almost a year. Rattle started under the vehicle shortly after purchase, AC ran out in April, and now it leaks whenever it rains. Basically paying 480 a month to drive a rainforest. All they said was had to have 60% of loan paid off then he could trade it in. Place is a joke.

No longer able to afford the monthly payments on my 2019 Dodge Journey, US Bank came and repossessed my vehicle on Friday afternoon. I was stressed out and needing reliable transportation, I came here and they put me into a vehicle, with a payment I can easily afford every two weeks. I like this vehicle better than my old one because it is sporty looking and, with gas going up, I wont now be visiting the gas station every week like I was.

I have a very checkered past. Patti at the Topeka store was beyond helpful. So friendly and got me in a better car with a better payment than I ever thought possible. Throw in the warranty and quality of service, and you will not find a better place. Period. Now I’ve talked to Timothy in account management as well. Even more friendly and polite. Haven’t meet a person there that isn’t just wonderful to work with. Will be buying my cars from them from now on. No question!!!!

Never ever buy a car from here. It will break down. Your check engine light will come on within a week of driving it off the lot. If you send it to the mechanic they use under the warranty.... I promise you that when you pick your car up, it will have major issues that it did not have before you dropped it off. And in the end they will tell you whatever’s wrong isn’t covered under that warranty. Then they will tell you that you have to continue to make those payments and you’ll also be stuck with multiple major repairs.... even if it hasn’t been 30 days since you purchased the vehicle and even if that same vehicle has been in the shop for a week of the 3 you have “owned” it. If you choose to buy a car from here even after reading this warning... well .. I guess just know you were warned... but if this helps even one person who may be on the fence about this place make the decision NOT to ever deal with these sleaze ball liars, then the time I took to write this several years after my experience with them is worth it. Seriously.. the experience was so bad that even after more than 5 years, every time i see their commercial or drive by the place I get flashbacks.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from here $11,000-$13,000 car. Weve had it one year exactly. In that time the car has been in the shop 3 different times and now a 4th time. And unannounced to me I was driving on a vehicle the last year that had several zip ties holding in a busted bolt in the rear tire speed sensor. And the motor mounts were destroyed. My motor was held in by only one and it was about to fall out the bottom of the car at any time. Now fast forward to today my car still sits at their shop. Under warranty. Yet the warranty guy up there wont return calls to the mechanic to get the work approved, going on the 3rd day now and still no luck to getting him a call back. Im am beyond unsatisfied with this lot. And their handling of important issues and checking that the car was mechanically sound before selling it to us. My deductible each time work is performed is $200 and just in repairs Im sitting at $600 now already paid in deductibles and another $200 if they ever get the work approved. Im about ready to cut losses on this vehicle but weve paid in so much already .this place is a rip off and a joke of a car dealership. I am tired of this. I need my car. We pay $184 every 2 weeks plus I gave down payment of $850 at purchase. Id be out alot if I let the car go back so they kinda have us by the balls. Im not happy and I will tell all the people I know I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE IN THEIR DEATH TRAPS

I am going to file a lawsuit for fraudulent business practices. My car was being worked on I was in constant contact with mechanic. Auto Now was constantly lying holding my car hostage. I have recording of them saying of I pay a month ahead I could have car back. That was month ago. And they already had it a month before that. I have them all the money I had now my son has to sell his possessions to get cab fair for dialysis. The mechanic doesnt understand why its happening. So this unfair trade practices needs to be righted. This is only chance signed Irene Cheney

Terrible place to buy a car! Complete ripoff!I purchased a 2006 Buick from here that had 120000 miles on it. Within one month of owning it, the vehicle had troubles starting and had suspension problems. Ive owned the car for almost a year and its practically falling apart and I still owe almost as much as the initial sale price on it thanks to the interest and the fact that they add all the interest upfront. At this rate I doubt the car will be running by the time half the loan balance is paid. When I called to talk to someone about it, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back they put on hold for another 15 minutes and they simply told me that sorry, thats what you get from a buy here pay here lot( thats an exact quote from my account manager) Dont buy a car here! They sell beat up auction junk for new car prices and then dont take care of you after the sale! This place only wants to push the sale and collect money with zero concern for customer service after the sale, the account managers are rude and the cars are outrageous in price! It should be illegal to sell junk cars for new price and you guys should be ashamed of taking advantage of people needing reliable transportation. If I could rate zero stars I would. Awful experience.

I went here with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago, they tried to put him in a car with the headliner falling down, and no grill. They finally got him in a better car and then when they were going through the process of the paper work there was some difficulty’s. Brian and some other male went into the other room while my boyfriend went outside and I heard them say that they shouldn’t do it because he doesn’t make enough money and he would if he he wasn’t a manager at a fast food restaurant. They were very rude to me, my boyfriend, and his mom. My mom told me good things about this place and when I went there I wasn’t pleased.

I SEE MY INITIAL RATING WAS SOMEHOW DELETED!! DONT GO HERE!!! DONT GO HERE!! They rip you off. Paid two years on a car and got a month and a half behind because of work. Byran at Auto Now was very helpful, cheerful and funny. He was a pleasure to work with. The only downfall I experienced, was sitting through the virtual contract signature process. I didnt feel it was necessary when I had the hard copy in my hand to review. Other than that it was a great and fairly quick process!!

Worked with Patti for about 2 weeks. My first initial visit was to look around and see what they could offer me. She answered all my questions was very open about everything when it came to cost and the apr. my second visit was just the same she answered any and all questions I had and made it super easy and comfortable for me to sign paper work. I definitely would recommend auto now if you do have bad credit or if you are wanting to start your credit.

Patti at autonow in Topeka is the best. Two years ago we bought two cars from her. One has since been paid off and we traded the second one in today for the third car we are purchasing from them. Patti has always put us in a good car in our price range. Not a car we can’t afford. When we went to her two years ago one of the cars we bought was a Saturn view. We started having major problems with it. We only had a few more payments on it so my husband went in to talk to them to let them know we probably will be trading in. We were told that if we had less than X miles it should be under warranty. Well thank god it was because we needed a whole new engine and only had to pay $200 for it. If you are looking for good used cars go see patti at auto now in Topeka. She will treat you how you should be.

This is robert Berthaume and was wondering when was u guys gonna hv our 2011 Toyota Corolla done and its going on a week and half and Im not to happy about it and bout ready to say just keep the car plus nobody hasnt given us any progress report on the car and why?

A while back I got a vehicle from Auto now and the sales person was Brian when I purchase the vehicle 2 weeks later there was something wrong with the ball joints and the AC went out so I got it set up to take it to the shop that they recommend and everything was supposed to be covered under the warranty but instead they said it is under the warranty but they dont cover anything that is caused from wear and tear which is hilarious because the cars they sell are not brand new so everything has wear and tear already on it they dont go by their own warranty they charge high interest rate high payments its a very horrible place to get a car from

Really wish I would have gone somewhere else. Im about 6 months into my contract and cant wait til I get it paid off. There are two Brians that work here. One is a nice young guy, and the other is a grouchy old man. Just terrible, honestly. I got a 2005 vehicle for 16 grand. But thats what you get when you deal with these types of places. Its a legal rip off.

Wish I could give 6 stars....Despite personal issues cropping up our agent Bryan still got us into a really pretty nice kia and helped work with what we had available. I shopped around a dozen or more auto places and finally landed with auto now. I couldnt be happier with our decision. My husband positively beams with happiness and it makes every penny worth while for me!

Now I got my car from this dealership in October. An I must say when you first buy your car everyone’s nice and helpful. But when you have the car completely different story they do not want help with anything and are very rude, so when my year lease is up I definitely will be going to a actual dealership because this is the worst place I’ve had service with a car. Auto start is better then they are and they are a small used car dealership as well . So if you are in need of a car and your credit just isn’t where it needs to be yet for a brand new car. I would highly recommend auto start over auto now!!

I wish there was a way to give them a zero review when we bought our vehicle they said it worked really good and then not even a month from buying our vehicle it now doesnt sound or drive very good now but when we go to talk to them a little more about it they send us off right away. Before buying take the car or truck to get checked out my wife and I bought a car there 2 months ago. There are problems that should have been fixed before it should have been sold. Know we got to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.

Was looking at a car but they have a 2005 Toyota Solaris for $12k with 124k miles. Kbb says max price from a dealer is $6-7k. And looking at the reviews and most of the good ones seem manufactured by either employees or friends of employees. They are all just long sentences with misspelled words. On a one star review the owner replied like it was a good one.

If you want good service and to get straight to the point, Auto Now is the place to go. Bryan helped my wife and I and he got us in exactly what we wanted!

Were on our 2nd vehicle with them. Pleased so far! The prices are high, usually double vehicle value but because they take any credit its understandable and our score has consistently gone up with on time payments. Warranty is good.

Although the sales staff are friendly and helpful the customer service reps are not. Not very understanding. If you are late on your payment they will call you every day until you make it. I was having a hard time and trying to keep my car. The customer service rep marisol gave me a lecture like i was a child. She was very hateful. Ive talked to a couple others that were that way too. I will never again buy another car from auto now. I do not recommend them. The 1 star i gave them is for the sales staff. Very disappointed
