Keith the owner found me the Nissan that I wanted at a great price me and my family has purchased 21 cars in 20 years from him and all were great cars even for all the teenagers
Went to look at a vehicle the guy came over to the car told him we were interested in this car he said got a leak in window seal water got in well ok we still wanted to look he acted like didnt want to show the car he should of put it in the garage instead out front to sell not going back
Purchased an f250 made 1 car payment and engine is toast. Hidden hail damage too the roof of truck.... STAY AWAY
They were really cool when my friends truck died right out front, letting us put it in their lot. They even called down the street to the closest repairman and got us a quote! It was so cold we thought about just buying another vehicle on the spot and looked around. We got her truck fixed but learned they had some awesome vehicles with as little as $800 down. I would recommend!
Great place - willing to work with you and super service after the sale. Would absolutely buy there again. They include a warranty with every purchase which give you peace of mind, never used it but knew it was there if needed. Great guys helpful staff.
Went in to buy myself a motorcycle and all the sales man could do was follow my husband I tried to talk to him about the bike but he couldnt be bothered talking to a woman. Also who ever heard you cant take something for a test ride? Sorry if im buying Nancy Pelosi im test driving not gonna wait to see as if.
This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff was very attentive and went to great detail to be sure I found the vehicle I wanted at a price that was affordable to my pocket. I would recommend this store to anyone having a hard time out there finding what you want.......I have read the other reviews on this site and dont see how anyone could have a issue with their service or professionalism...... no pressure....no games.....have you been to ones of the big dealerships lately? Having issues? Tired of the games? GO HERE.........
The car buying experience was quick and easy. I wasnt financing so it was a simple matter of settling on a price, I wrote a check, and was out within half an hour. That being said Im not thrilled with the vehicle I purchased. I still have 60 day tags on it and just got it into my mechanic for an oil change and to have him give it a good looking over. Its out of alignment and the two front wheels need replaced soon. I dont knock a star off for this because its my fault for not paying closer attention when I test drove it, and not paying better attention to the tires while looking at it in general. All in all I got exactly what I was looking for, a smaller car than the Envoy I was driving, with less miles, and better gas mileage at a decent price. I got all of that... personally Id rather be driving my Envoy still.
Unbelievable Customer Service - Richard E MCDANIELI cant express how great it was working with Kent. Truly understands customer service! No pressure from the moment I stepped on the lot. He worked very hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
My car buying experience at Jim Clark Auto World was perfectly pleasant, but it soon turned into a nightmare. I should have realized something was amiss when the first car we looked at seemed to have some issues while we were test driving it. It was an older vehicle with incredibly low miles, so I figured I was just not used to driving a car so old. The next car we wanted to look at was misfiring upon starting the engine, so we were not able to drive it. We ended up buying the third vehicle we looked at, a Ford Explorer. I was of the mindset that a car sold by a (what I thought was reputable) dealer would be in good condition. They assured me that their mechanic inspected the vehicle and said it was a great car. We bought it and opted to get the extended warranty—just in case. I was told that the car basically had one owner—my fault for not looking clearly at the Car Fax and asking questions. I later found out the owner previous to me traded it in after owning it for only four months.I drove home with the car that same night feeling like we got a good car for a fair price. Three days later the check engine light came on and I never went more than three weeks without the car needing repair in the five months I owned it. It needed basic maintenance items that should have all been taken care of before anyone purchased it: a raging fuel leak, wiper blades, hoses, spark plugs, and an alignment. I continually gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it was their mechanic. They always fixed the car at no cost, except for the alignment, which I didn’t fight since they were not under obligation to fix anything. They did offer to let me purchase another car off their lot for a “no commission” price, but it was still a used car from the same dealer, and I didn’t want to get into the same situation with a different used car. I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle elsewhere and went to collect my refund on the balance of the warranty only to have them try to swindle me out of $350, stating that they did not take profit on the warranty. I had my paperwork clearly stating how much I paid for the warranty and the owner, Keith, was insistent on saying that I did not pay that amount. He did finally give me my check, but only after literally screaming at me and trying to find any excuse to take blame off of himself. When Keith finally handed me the second check (because the first was short) with the balance of the warranty, Keith screamed at me to get out and to not come back. He continued yelling at me while I compared the numbers to be sure I was not being cheated by them—again. In short: my experience was shifty paperwork practices for a sub-par vehicle—the very reasons why used car dealers get a bad reputation. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your next car unless you want to deal with potential nightmares.
Even though as much as i wanted to! i didnt get a chance to make a deal on a vehicle from here due to me coming in at a bad timing(flu season!). The owner, Keith, seemed to be an honest man and i respect him for that! These are the kind of people that are hard to come by. Thank you Keith for the kind words and pointers! Unfortunately, i was running short of time and i had to purchase a vehicle asap else where because i travel alot for work.

July 31st 2018 12:30 p.m.. I called about a 2010 Camaro he was rude unprofessional and not willing to go the extra mile to try to sell a vehicle except throw in a pitch that they have a red tag sale and by the way it ends today. I gave one star because of the phone conversation. First impression will always be a Lasting impression.
If you want to purchase a vehicle and then dump your hard earned money into it outside of the payments then this is the place for you. If you want to be upset and skeptical about buying from a used car lot, then make your purchase here. Never again will I do business here.
Bwey helpful
