I gave them 2 stars because the price was nice. However, this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I only bought from this dealer because they accidentally listed the vehicle for lower than what it was worth. The salesman repeatedly told me how it should be a lot higher “because of the market”. The windshield was cracked because the owners wife had been using the vehicle as a personal vehicle. I drove an hour to find there were 3,000+ more miles on the vehicle than listed on the website. I noticed the tire low light was on I asked them to check it for me to which they just aired up my tire. They didn’t check to see if there was a leak. Ultimately I got about $300 off for the windshield and tire. Now a month later I’m replacing my windshield which alone cost $300+. The tire definitely has a leak so there goes another $200. Overall I’m happy I gotten car for under market value however don’t go here expecting good service. Oh and it needed an oil change. So I had to go get that done as soon as I got home. ☺️

This was the WORST experience and waste of money i have ever encountered. DO NOT COME HERE. I bought a 2013 Lincoln and started immediately falling apart and they would not honor ANYTHING. They said i was screwed....and the transmission and head gasket went out. Spent $18000+ On the car and lost $14000 of that. So if you value your money AT ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM LEGACY. AWFUL COMPANY.

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and they both went well. The cars price was right where it should have been. They may not haggle and that’s because they are honest with you from the start and tell you what their bottom dollar is and it’s always very close to the list price. I can’t say there weren’t any issues but I can say that when I brought the issue to their attention they took care of it immediately and without question. I’ve now bought a car from another dealership and I’m getting totally screwed. I wish I had picked something from legacy’s inventory even though they didn’t have what I was looking for because they stand by their product and believe that good business practice will cause customer retention/return customers. Do yourself a favor and buy off these guys, they will take care of you like they did me. 6 stars if it were possible.

I bought a 2012 Lincoln MKT from Legacy South. Really Great Car/In Great Shape!!! This car does everything, and when I say everything I mean darn near everything, makes me really wonder if it is human. Its so sensitive my kids named her Ms Boujie Brown and said definitely your car mom. DONT BUY CARS HERE THEY SELL LEMONS!!! I bought an 09 impala ss from here in May and the transmission went out on it, Ive barely had it for 3 months and put about 3,000 miles on it and they wouldnt do anything to help. If your looking for a car I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Would never recommend Legacy Motors to anyone friend or enemy. They are dishonest and do not put their customers first. I would question their business etiquette and would not trust anything or anyone in that business. There way of doing business is extremely unethical and morally wrong. We ended up not purchasing their vehicle and went on to a bigger and better dealership that has honest business and staff. LESSON LEARNED.. Will never go to a smaller dealership again....will go with the professionals. I gave them a 1 star but really wouldnt even rate them. So if I had to say where that 1 star went to it was from Kyle who was courteous during our initial visit but thats it.

Kyle was great to work with. My family and I spent less than an hour in the office before walking out of there with our new van which he made us a great deal on.

Never go to this place! I test drove a Jeep. We came back and I told the salesman I dont think this vehicle is right for me. He went off! Started yelling and grabbed the keys out of my hands. Then started yelling at my boyfriend, who is blind. So I called and talked to the manager. He told me oh no my salesman would never do that and hubg up on me. The salesman name was Kyle.
