I was struggling figuring how to transfer pictures and how to back up my phone, because I was getting a new one and didnt want anything to get lost. So I went into the store and see if they can help me with it and Im so glad that someone my age was there to help me. Justin was able to teach me how to transfer and backup my phone so that I wouldnt have to get everything re-downloaded.

Dang. Would never come back here. Really didnt like this location because they took a tiny thing and told me my phone was damaged and unable to be upgraded from it. Basically the super glue has come undone in the front screen and it just needed to be glued and I could easily do that myself. There were no cracks or damages on the phone and it works perfectly well. The release of the glue is also not something I damaged its just part of the phone that can easily be quickly fixed. Im really sorry but you have to use common sense and I feel like this was a waste of time. Go anywhere else and just deal with reasonable employees.

I just wanted to put in a good word about Justin. He has been excellent about answering my questions and he has been very patient with me. I’m 67 and I have a hard time understanding all this stuff. Big kudo’s for Justin, he is an excellent retail sales associate and you are lucky to have him working for you. Thanks Justin for help. This was the 2nd or 3rd time that I have dealt with Justin.

I absolutely love this place!! The workers are so helpful and kind, I refuse to go anywhere else! Justin and Reiko helped my family and I troubleshoot our account and merge over to T-Mobile. I will always come here from now on!

I was Justin Bs very first full service customer at T-Mobile store in North Topeka today, Sept 17, 2020. He was extremely helpful to me in getting my brand new phone set up & new account with your company. I sense that he is a caring & warm person & I felt very comfortable with all his assistance. He had good manners & was willing to help me with my many needs. The other gals, Alora & Antoinette, were also very supportive of his needs & requests & worked with him in a professional & appropriate manner to continue training him & also serve me. I was very impressed with that teamwork. T-Mobile rocks!

I had a great experience with Justin at this store. He made me feel welcome and took his time with me. Explained each phone I was interested in and the features of them for the budget I had. I’m very happy with the phone I purchased today and for him and his team I will be back.

I needed help activating a new line onto my plan so I came into T-Mobile expecting just that. Reiko helped me right away and I had a great experience with her. She made sure she explained everything she was doing with my line and took her time.. Such a great environment!!

I came into T-Mobile today to activate a new line. Justin was the mobile expert. He asked me personal questions to understand where I would be using the device the most. He was very honest and knew a lot about the phones I was interested in. He helped me comfortably narrow down my selection while offering me the full package that wouldn’t have crossed my mind. When I came to the store, Justin was the person to help me. He asked me how he could help and while I was explaining I could tell he was fully listening to what I was saying. He really showed how much knowledge he has at what he does, when I didnt understand something he said, he would explain into terms that I would understand what he was saying. When I asked a question and he didnt know the answer completely he wasnt afarid to ask his coworkers for their input. He was so kind and patience. He has excellent customer service skills, and had good attitude the entire time he was helping me. He really showed responsibility and passion for what he does, he takes his job seriously and helps to the full ability. With how well Justin helped me I will continue to come back to the store for any help I need for my phone.

Helped me fix my voice messaging app. Everyone wore a mask and gloves for handling my phone. I felt safe.

I have sprint, I came in to do a insurance switch and get a return label. Both ladies explained that they were both learning sprints system. However they went above and beyond calling sprint and getting a label sent to worker and got it printed for me.

The manager Antanett is awesome and Alora was awesome as well I was at the store for 2 hours they worked hard they were trying to get me approved for post paid we kept getting hung up on by customer service they called back and worked hard trying to get customer service to understand that the phone call was dropped by customer service and the man would not listen to anything they were saying and it was frustrating we were unable to do anything I came back on 10/2/20 and Antanett was able to get me on pre paid I had left tmobile 2 months ago and went with another carrier and was unhappy so now Im back and its because of these to awesome and amazing women who went way above their job to fix the problem customer service created please dont get rid of these 2 because they are what will make your store a huge success
