While until now another store for crafting has been my main stop (because this is a bit tucked away behind BB&B), I am forever more going to be besties with hobby lobby!!!Found craft materials that otherwise I would have to buy online, decor for ~dayss~, and it does have a sensible layout. My mother in law and I have even agreed to make it a monthly ritual because we had so much fun!!!I will say, I wish they had signs, and considering that- if they did, I may have skipped sections and missed great stuff so.... Haha I dont know! Im on the fence about that last one.All in all this is my new Favorite store EVER. 🎁🤩

I loved it, loved it, loved it. Gourgus, beautiful, clean, very organized with great customer service . They gave me space to walk around and look and shop without a follower. I hate when workers follow you around a store and ask 50 thousand questions. Yes Im African American and my money spends like everyone elses does. This store let me walk and look and I took my time because I loved the freshness and the kindness in the air. I want to commend the managers and the workers that set up all the beautiful displays. Great job. I think for me Hobby Lobby is a bit pricy. I spending my most of my time eye shopping. I didnt understand the sale so I ask a customer. Im new to Hobby Lobby, I didnt quiet understand the sale. I asked questions from the customers that were there and they were very kind and helpful and no one was in a rush for sure just like me. I will be going back.

This is a dangerous store. Lol Love it!! So many things to look at and found ideas for projects I have coming up. Always clean store. Only one register ope. And was a returns or exchanges line so would be helpful to have another register open at the same time. They did call someone up when line got to be about 6 ppl. Friendly service!!

The customer service here is wonderful! I spoke to a young lady named Emily who was very patient in helping me find someone who could help me with a project Im doing for my grandsons. It feels like a local store with the staff working there.

Great customer service, theyre ensuring carts are wiped down between customers, were kind, overly willing to assist you find what you need. Clean, organized... somewhat organized chaos they have so much!! Manager was there who was amazingly kind, was wiping down carts, a true team player!Only down side I noticed in this visit is sometimes their signs for sales are deceiving...leaving one brand of an item out, yet you dont find out until you spend an hour picking out all of those items, just to find out at the register that nothing you spent time picking was included in the floral sale.

Beautiful items everywhere. Sales. Fine staff. Clean restroom. Plenty of parking. Close to other shopping and eateries. My favorite place to shop.

Hobby Lobby always has exactly what I need. I could spend hours just browsing the aisles! Ive always been an artsy person and Hobby Lobby is the perfect place to go if you are looking to expand your craft horizons. The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Ive also noticed that the sales and clearance are also much better than that of other craft stores.

My favorite store in town. I can spend hours looking around and thinking of all the things I could do. A little more knowledge for staff on what they have and where in store would be nice, but otherwise love the selection.

This is my favorite place to shop. One reason is that I enjoy the long fall and Christmas season. It often takes time to buy all you like. I also buy many flowers to decorate my porch. In my climate you never know what to expect.

They are so helpful. I love shopping for yarn for knitting. It keeps me busy while were avoiding people. Every time I have a question the staff is so helpful. They explained so much I dont understand. Its relieving to have help like that with so much going on. Im glad theyre still kind and generous with their time. I will be back. God bless.

When did the price of a model car go up to almost $30!?! Hobby Lobby had them on sale so I got a good price. Also, one of the only places to find them anymore.

Best craft store ever! And decor, the hardest part is deciding what not to buy.

Had exactly what I was looking for & the associates who work there were extremely helpful in more ways than one. 1 issue tho : they charge 1% more on sales tax than all other local places. Dont know why.

I had a difficult time finding staff working on the floor. I finally had to go back up front and ask a cashier if she would call for assistance.I think they have too much stuff in the aisleStore employees need to have better knowledge as to the different depts. There is too much clutter just getting in the doors to the bldg.

Hard to go 3 different places to get what I wanted why cant they put them in one place.

Honestly, I was very leary of covid practices after their resistance to follow rules early on and avoided going for months. However, my art supplies were very low after fulfilling Christmas orders.I was happily surprised when greeted by a very nice masked lady and a freshly wiped down basket. I got a huge amount amount of art supplies during a half price sale. Received helpful assistance when looking for a specific item. Later on I easily returned a large watercolor set that I didnt like. Both experiences were great.

Customer service met me at the door. I found what I needed, when I had looked at five other stores for the same type of item to purchase. And I got 50% off. Store is always clean and organized. Awesome experience!

Why is it that Hobby Lobby always has one cashier, one person watching her work and a manager that doesn’t step in to help when there’s a line of people.I asked the cashier if she was the only one working and she said “yes, they only have one cashier during the week because it’s not very busy”.It’s ridiculous that a manger doesn’t help.

Went to get fabric to make masks....They had extremely good deals on the fabric. Store is clean and well organized. I will be going here when I move next weekend to get home decor!!!

Beware your coupons are taken seriously! I recently bought a home décor item that I was over charged for. I purchased an item that was $14.00 and used a 40% off coupon. I also had other miscellaneous things I purchased with this item. The store associate Laurie rang up my item and in the process gave me the 40% off but then in return, charged me the remaining amount for what I call a ghost item to in turn make the purchase total to the full amount the $14.00-- so Hobby Lobby would get the full retail price for the item. Days later I returned to the store to return ALL items of my purchase and during the transaction, the associate told me that I was not getting the full refund amount due to an item on the receipt that was missing from the bag. I asked what this was and she said a $5.99 home décor purchase. I asked her what it was and she could not confirm this. Now I know this may seem like I could have forgot something I purchased, but I know I did not. Later I looked at the receipt to realize, the initial store associate (Laurie) had rang up my $14.00 item and discounted it to $8.99 and then manually punched in another $5.99 item-- that I never purchased, so Hobby Lobby could get the full amount on this item, as if I bought it for the $14.99 without the coupon. I know this because the item numbers are exactly the same and I did not purchase two.This is illegal and extremely frustrating, because how can I get my money back on something I did not buy? This associate robbed me of my money and I cannot get this back. My only advice while shopping at this store is be weary of using coupons and double check your receipts for these said ghost items. This is thievery.

Came in to shop leftover Christmas items but most of it was well picked over. Still they had great sales on almost all home dec items and there is always plenty of cashiers. I just wish they would remodel the bathrooms.

We shop here for our crafting supplies. They have a lot of items that some of the other shops do not have. The usually have a 40% off coupons online for single items. The store is closed on Sundays and the company promotes good family values. Definitely a good business to support.
