Ordered two lotus flowers from here in Late October/early November of 2019 it is very late November 2020 now. I was told this was back ordered. Ive called and contacted them. They did want receipts...I misplaced them but youd think for something on order there would be a record. I offered to show bank statement and do my best to prove I did purchase these items. Seen no proper type of customer service. Ive run a restaurant for nearly 20 years I know how it should work. This place does not have their stuff in order, despite the Covid ordeal. It would only take some phone calls and reviewing what youve ordered along with the name associated with it. And still a year later could of at least given a refund but nothing.
