Who knows who can afford this place in general but it does have a lot of cool stuff I hadnt seen before, like locally shaped cutting boards and several high end brands.

A well stocked and staffed store. Associates were helpful and pleasant. I came right before closing and was able to find and purchase the items I came for. They have a large selection of Yankee Candle plug-in fragrance refills and holders. Competitive pricing, with big discounts on quality clearance items!

Great place for lunch. You specify everything you want on your burrito or bowl. Great food and sizable portions. Definately be going back.

Was looking for a bamboo steamer. And the associate help to find one she was very courteous and helpful and I appreciate it . I like shopping there as I am always looks by for the unique things, at a reasonable price

A VERY friendly and helpful store to show. We love all the merchandise and we find neat and new things to fix up our house with. Things for every room if our house. We found a New Comforter that my husband loved so we got that, just have to get some paint and redo the walls which its time and found a few other items. We love Shopping at Bath and Beyond stores.

The overweight lady with short hair (probably in her 40s) is completely unprofessional, has no manners, or customer service experience. You would think someone over 40 would know how to act. Please keep hiring the high schooler/college level associates. They are much more professional.

Customer service is wonderful. Quality of products brings me back over anywhere else for home products in Topeka. I havent seen a back stepping of their product lines like all the other box stores. I love their 20% off coupons!

One of my favorite stores. They had lots of fall decor that is marked down! This Topeka location has a great variety and selection, helpful and informative staff members. The manager went above and beyond one day to drive all the way out of his way to meet me to exchange out a Keurig coffee maker for me. Was very kind. I will never forget that! Thank you so much if you are reading this! I forgot his name.

Good selection/variety of merchandise. The associates on the floor always greet me with a smile asking if I am finding everything. However and this is the reason for 4 stars, the cashiers are a different story. I have been in the store twice in the last few weeks and both times the cashiers were very distant, didnt greet me and didnt even smile. They acted as if they would rather be anywhere else but there. Today, in addition to a couple of larger items I bought several small items. The cashier asked very rudely if I wanted a bag for them. Of course I wanted a bag. She pretty much just stuffed everything very frustrated and haphazardly in the bag. She didnt even say thank for shopping here, just pushed the bag at me. This is not good customer service. Store wasnt even very busy at the time.

Great place to get stuff, but the selections are limited, the staff was hard to flag down because noone wore a uniform. And the person running the register was slow and untrained nd quite frankly quite rude. Might as well just order online next time because this location doesnt even have everything in stock.

They never have what I am looking for. I moved up here from Tulsa I shooed there a lot now they tell me to shop on line for the things I am looking for.

The store is played out nicely and abity to browse for what I want is great. There is a lot tucked into the store and it is nice to have a store that I can look at home goods that is more than just a couple of options.

This visit wasnt standard for BBB. I couldnt find an employee for directions and many of their shelves were empty. I was in search of a nice tablecloth to give my dining room the Valentine feel. I could not find anything of the sort and had to look elsewhere.😕

Its a nice store with crowded aisles. They have nice things and are generally reasonably priced. Many times there is a 20% off coupon available.

I like this place. It doesnt always happen, @ being greeted at the door but they did this time! And they are always asking me if I found everything Ive been looking for and if I havent, theyll leave their station of no one else is around to help and really help you look for your items. Thats really cool!
