I have had a great experience here with support and warranty care for my hearing aids. It is a nice office and easy to get appointments. I appreciate the batteries provided also. Doctor said he could provide cheaper options, but those visits are not covered by insurance so I would have paid out as much with return visits that are free with Miracle Ear warranty.

I would like to express my gratitude to Tracy Schmutzler (at Miracle Ear in Topeka, Ks.) for all the help she has given my husband John. John has been wearing hearing aid over 50 years. Over the years he has lost more of his hearing. Tracy is always looking for new ways to help John hear better. She is always very helpful showing John how to take care better care of his hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all his questions.Also would like to comment on Tanya. She is always pleasant to talk to and she sets up all the appointments and calls us to remind us the day before.John and I enjoy our visits and we always get a cup of coffee to enjoy while we are there.Both Tracy and Tanya are very friendly and easy to talk to.We enjoy going to Miracle Ear very much!!!!!!!
