I purchased Resound hearing aides from the Professional Hearing Aid Associates as well as a streamer.I have found them to very knowledgeable about hearing, having trying professional audiologist.I also appreciate them being a family owned business that has been around for some time.There staff is very friendly and accommodating.But most of all that take care of their customers. I have had a few issues and adjustments needed and each time they have been accommodating.I HIGHLY recommend Harry Hilderman and his staff!I drive from KC to Topeka for this professionalism.

Professional Hearing Aid Associates is one of the best. The staff is amazing and they are very helpful. I like how they greet you as you come in to their office and offer you something to drink while you wait. They are always willing to help you in any way possible. My husband uses the hearing aids, and he has never had to wait for very long. They not only provide the hearing test, but offer many different choices to give you the best experience possible.

The employees here are so warm and friendly. We were having multiple issues with my daughters hearing aids so I gave them a call hoping theyd be able to help. The audiologist we usually see is at Childrens Mercy and impossible to get into see at short notice.Conner and Brad were happy to get us in quickly and cleaned my daughters hearing aids as well as checking out what they could on her aids even though they dont typically see children under 4 years old or work on her type of hearing aids.The environment was warm and friendly. They utilize masks with clear with clear windows for people who lip read. I absolutely recommend this office for your hearing needs. Thank you for all your help!

Ive been wearing hearing aids for 25 years and have dealt with hearing aid providers and audiologists all over the country. Professional Hearing Aid Associates has been the best by far. They fit me with an excellent set of aids and have been courteous and helpful in the 5 or so years I have been dealing with them. Ill be a customer for as long as Im anywhere near Topeka! I recommend them to everyone I know who might need aids.

Was actually on the 2nd floor of the building which is Mid Star Labs orthotic and diabetic shoes. This place is rather expensive but well worth the money. Excellent service and they at least act like they care, (I think they really do care)!
