We had carpet installed in 2 large bedrooms. Eric came to our house the same day we called and measured and gave us an estimate. Their prices were considerably lower than any other quote we got. They got us scheduled for just 2 days later. The installers had our old carpet removed were and hauled off and the beautiful new carpet laid in less than 3 hours and they did an AMAZING job!

Dont be fooled just because this is a local small biz, they compete with the big stores on price! We searched the city for our hardwood floors and they had the best price. Not only that, their customer service was AMAZING! No commissioned sales people, honest, and very helpful. Ive found my new favorite flooring store!

Great Service!!! Eric (store manager) was extremely helpful in the selection and negotiating a acceptable price. I selected material which they ordered immediately. I asked for 8 pd rebond pad, they ordered immediately. They were flexible with schedule, even so much as to work on a weekend. The crew was fast, polite and knew what they were doing. Our home looks great and I couldnt be more impressed. I fully recommend this store, its brand and its crew. Thanks!!

Could not have been more disappointed with the staff and their work. They took MONTHS to do the job. Terrible customer service, rude employees (except one) and way more expensive then theyre worth. We had to have them redo the entire shower floor because their first attempt wasnt slanted to the drain, causing huge puddles. They even offered multiple times to just have me hire someone else to fix what they had messed up. Not professional and definitely dont do quality work.

Is anyone ever going to call me back or come finish the job they said they would? I was patient and waited an extra few days for someone to come fix their mistakes. I was told they would be here days ago I called this morning and was told someone would call me right back its been 7 hours and now nobody will take my call!
