My experience with Agren isn’t complete yet, but so far it’s been stellar. First, a phone call with Topsham staff member Chris, who took time to carefully answer all my questions. Then, a few days later, a trip to the store where the same gracious service and expertise appeared yet again. Remarkably, arrangements were made to have my new range ordered and delivered in time for Thanksgiving. Kind, clear and thorough communication start to finish. Trusting the third and final phase will be equally great!

My wife and I came in looking for wine refrigerators. We had previously owned a model by Summit, We worked directly with Greg, he was awesome, while we looked around he was kind enough, to looked up 4 models that met our requirements and provided us pricing, delivery timing and specifications. There were 3 brands to choose from, as two of those we were not familiar with, Greg provided some insight to help us decide. We chose the one we wanted, paid, booked a delivery time and even talked about service and warranty information all within a half hour!! Purchased an electric adjustable bed for my elderly mother who recently broke her hip. Dave listened to what we needed and gave us options at a couple different price points. He was knowledgeable, patient, and prompt. The price was reasonable given it covered home delivery, assembly, and hauling away the old bed. Most importantly they are local and service everything they sell. That peace of mind and the personalized and speedy help from Dave made a very stressful time much more manageable.

Stopped by to look at a fridge because they offer price matching....and they found me one that was on sale and available for delivery the next week! Saved me $$ and cared enough to help me find something that I didnt have to wait 6 months to get delivered. Staff was great, 100% recommend.

Dave was so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. And at a time when everything everywhere is back ordered, Agren was somehow able to get me exactly what I need — and ready for store pick up within days!! So grateful. Way better customer experience than Home Depot! By a mile.

All of the staff I encountered at the Topsham location were helpful, courteous, and knew what they were doing. My sales rep Greg Beckwith stayed in touch even when he was on vacation or had the day off. I also interacted with Lexie, Megan, and Chris Davis. Greg knew the product lines well. We were told up front about the delay in delivery because of the global supply side problems. There were a few minor communication breakdowns along the way, and service technicians had to come to the house shortly after our appliances were delivered. (We replaced 5 items). A bit of a bumpy ride, but my husband and I love our new appliances. Once we get used to them and learn more about their features, we will probably like them even more.

Went in and was greeted right away! He was super helpful by helping me find the right type of washing machine for my needs when it comes to dogs and washing all their bedding or blankets. We originally bought all our appliances here 16years ago and only seems right to go back and upgrade them.

We were welcomed by Kyle of out of three other floor reps. He was welcoming, made eye contact, he was very attentive, listened to our needs and specially when it comes to our budget when we approached him to buy a dishwasher. He pulled out the info from the computer and showed us around looking for similar floor models. Fast forward, Our dishwasher was just installed with no problems and in a timely manner.I would to commend Kyle for his customer service role, I am coming back because of him so my daughter can get her new dishwasher there too. Agren just won new customers thanks to Kyle Giguere. Also, I would like to commend our installation guy. He was wonderful!! What a great team Agren has 👏🏻👏🏻

Kyle was great on the phone. Figured out where in the system he could find a dishwasher for me and grabbed it for us. When we went in Greg was helpful and got us in and out efficiently. Now if the install goes well we will be 100% happy. Will edit when product is installed.

Chris called me almost immediately after I placed an online order to coordinate deliver and availability of the washing machine I ordered. I appreciate his ability to problem solve and get me a solution. Thanks so much for the great customer service and the quick follow through

Very bad management but kind staff. Bought a new washing machine and dryer. Service didnt check that it worked and the washer didnt. Instead of Agren taking responsibility and coming back the following day to service the brand new machine. They made excuse after excuse and told us our next service appointment was in over a week. After two days of multiple calls to speak with managers, they finally said they would come back on Monday (still 6 days after the non-working machine was installed).We have gone from local, repeat costumers to NEVER buying anything from here again. I have no idea where I will buy my next appliances or mattress, but it wont be at Agren!Agren is far from a local company that acts accordingly!!!HORRIBLE!

After hearing many news stories about the shortage of appliances and the long wait time for delivery, we were very pleased to find two of Consumer Reports highest-rated washing machines in stock last week. The one we chose was delivered today and installed by two installers who were interested in doing the job correctly. We are very pleased.

I knew I need a portable air conditioner, as company is coming and so is hot weather. I researched and found that an LG model is highly recommended, but it was sold out/not available at the big box stores. Duh, I realized I should have shopped Agren first. Of course they have it, and a nice young man, Colin, called me to see if I can wait until next week to pick it up. He didnt run the charge until he confirmed. Of course I can wait. I was really impressed that Agren was so thorough. Colin will call me back when its in stock so I can go down and pick it up. You dont get that with the big chain stores or Amazon.

This was my third and last set of appliances from Agren. The installer put screws all the way through the front of my cabinet when installing the dishwasher.My daughter cut her foot sitting at the bar because the screws come right out through where your feet are while sitting at the bar.They refunded the installation cost and nothing else. There idea of fixing the issue is the second picture and not acceptable. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for appliances unless you want a $2500 cabinet completely ruined.

We bought an air conditioner from Agrens Topsham store that started misbehaving the next year. It would just shutdown and beep endlessly until it was unplugged. Even though the warranty had expired, Agren stood behind their product. The store manager contacted the manufacturer and replaced the entire unit! I showed up on a Monday morning looking for flippable mattresses, a twin and a queen. Ben pointed us in the right direction and gave us our space and was there when I had questions about certain mattresses. This was a very easy transaction overall. Delivery will take place in eight days. Couldn’t have asked for more. I will check out Agren next time we need appliances as well.

Very nice sales person (Kyle) at Topsham store. Installers were likewise very nice. Only things that disappointed were that installers were unable to connect dryer as they did not have a 10 3-prong cord (6 standard provided, but was just a bit short to make connection on lower wall). Also, they were unable to connect dryer vent hose which runs under the cottage in crawlspace (easy access) and daylights on deck; cited code prevented them from attaching to old work, and, that they could not do anything below the floor or install a run longer than 8. Not a big deal, but would have made it easier if I had known in advance and had new gear already available/installed when they arrived. As a result, have not been able to operate the new washer/dryer combo unit pending arrival of 10 power cord.

Although Agren had a great selection of appliances, they did not have exactly what we were looking for. Dave, the salesperson, took the time to do some research and was able to find what we were looking for. When I had questions he was attentive and returned calls promptly. He was very accommodating with our delivery date requirements. We plan on future purchases here.

Agren Appliance is the BOMB! Very impressed and 100 percent satisfaction from this customer. From the salesperson to the delivery technicians I can’t say enough positive things: Accommodating, Reliable, Courteous, Knowledgeable, Dependable are just a few of this companies qualities. Order the evening prior. Chris was quick to contact and follow up. They were unable to deliver until 4/20 which created a big issue for us, without hesitation they switched things around and could be here for 4/7. Good price. Very pleased

I can’t say enough about this local business. I’m also the owner of a local business and I was looking at Home Depot for a washer and drier. Everywhere including Lowe’s told me delivery would be no earlier than mid July. It’s June 1st today. I was telling a client of mine and she referred me to Agren and I called! Sure enough I have a washer & drier being delivered to my Naples location next Wednesday! && cheaper (Home Depot and Lowe’s would have been $2500 for the set I got, and with Agren it’s $1600 with delivery and installation) Win win in my book!
