Today I met with Evan Sheehan service advisor to help find the correct wheel lug nut security key size to remove the tire on my 2018 Land Rover Discovery. Evans advised me that the service dept. didnt have the master wheel lug nut size to help me and they would have break off the security wheel lug nut and order a new wheel security lug nut set for the cost of $120.00 dollars. George in parts dept., told me the cost was 46.00 dollars. Evans has it backwards approach, instead he should find all the master wheel security key sizes that is missing. Once he has all keys then call me when he has them. Or, Ill go to another Land Rover dealer that know how to help customers. Evans needs to be trained on how to provide better services to customers, he is costing loss business revenues, bad for business.
I am generally not a fan of any auto service center but I absolutely love Land Rover South Bay Service and its all thanks to Raffi! Raffi is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and wonderful to work with. He made to sure to answer all my questions, was responsive in a timely manner, and is all around the best!! Bad and irresponsibility service experienceThe service technology of this dealer is very unprofessional and irresponsible.My car was checked the engine shaking and abnormal noise before the expire of the warranty at the dealer service department. After the service was completed, they told me that there was no problem with the engine. But after only a few hundred miles of driving, they checked again because of the same problem, and they told me that the timing chain and supercharger of the engine were broken, and they want to charge me $10353.18. After discussing with their service manager, he said that the supercharger is not failed, only charge me $ 8944.93. After meeting with their General manager, he first told me that he didnt want to discuss the issue of maintenance. He just wanted to buy my car at a low price before they sell a new car to me. After I refused, he only agreed to give a discount on the repair fees. They didnt admit that my loss caused by their unprofessional and irresponsibility. I felt deep disappointed about this car dealer and quality of the brand, and decided not to continue to buy Land Rover brand cars, although our family still has 4 Jaguar Land Rover cars.I think I will continue to complain about this issue until the dealer corrects the error
