My car side mirror had a 1v1 with a wooden electrical pole as I was parallel parking and my side mirror lost. The dealership told me it could be weeks to months for their back orders to clear. So, I got an after market replacement side mirror online. I got two quotes for painting and installation. The first one felt kind of steep at another body shop. So I got a second one from Marcos at Privilege Auto and it was a great price; I didnt even bother to look for a third quote. The paint job came out perfect and they also installed it for me. It looks great, Im very satisfied.

I was extremely impressed by Marcos work. He went the extra mile for me and straightened the frame without cutting it off the car. He remained very professional even when dealing with a very lousy insurance the other party had (who hit my car had). I was kept up to date on everything that was going on with the insurance and was assured that everything was going to turn out ok despite the insurance trying to cheap out. Cant say enough how much I appreciated the communication here so I whats going on with my car. This gave me piece of mind throughout the process.The end result was phenomenal, my car looked like new clean from inside and out. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work on their car.

Have you ever gotten anxiety from a car accident or a scratch/dent on your car? I have unfortunately experienced both on separate occasions and the only body shop I trust is Privilege Auto Body. Being a girl and dealing with car problems is the worst! You never know if someone is trying to rip you off by charging additional unnecessary things or who to trust when leaving your vehicle. Any time something happens to my car I can just call Marcos. He is always honest, straightforward, and dependable. He is experienced in dealing with body work and will get your car back to you as soon as possible. The only criticism I have for this business is it is hard to see from the main streets. If you can find the Shell gas station on Crenshaw and 190th then you have found this body shop, its located right behind it. Other than that this is definitely the place you want to go if you need any kind of body work done. if I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!!

Came here to see Marcos about my truck and what it needed. Outstanding job. Clear coat, painting and polishing. Dent removal was unbelievable. Can not even guess where it was. Thank you and your crew.

He is always very reassuring!There are a lot of moving parts in the auto body business and Privilege did them all with excellence. The quality of workmanship, service and turnaround were top rate. Marcos takes a lot of pride in his business. So much so that I will be called back to replace one of my new head lamps because he wasnt happy when he saw a little build up of moisture after washing my car. The paint matching and repairs are perfect and seamless. He replaced both headlamps so that they looked alike; only one was damaged. He sent my tire rim out to be buffed and it too is perfect. He repaired and painted a couple of door dings that were not part of the accident at no additional cost. Thank you!From meeting the demands of my insurance company, to coordinating the services needed outside of his shop to the finished repairs and service all completed within 2 weeks. I have had such work take a month.I hope to never need body work again but if I do, I will most definitely call Marcos at Privilege.

Took my wives car to get the mirror replaced, Marco replaced it within 20 to 25 minutes & fixed a noise that the door was making. He went out of his way to fix the noise, definitely recommend. I’ll definitely be back for any work needed on my wives car & my truck 👍🏼

Extremely unorganized personnel. Called to receive a price quote and after shopping around, called to confirm the quote a few days later in addition to scheduling a meeting. The following week, Privilege Auto no showed their own scheduled appointment and then when I was able to get them on the phone, followed that up with a new price quote.

All they want is insurance claim money. Dont take your car there for Any other reason. Their rates for direct to customers are so ridiculously over-priced.
