This place is #Awesome! My vehicle had a huge gouging scratch on the back passenger side door. Genesis and Kevin are very professional. Brought my car to them and they gave me the best recommendations on what needs to be done. Other shops just try to add things to the estimate without explaining why it is needed. Genesis was very detailed about the whole process and what to expect. I will definitely come back and tell others to come here. If you want quality and honest service, this is the place to go!!!

I took my vehicle in to get the bumper fixed from a dent and scuff on paint. When I arrived, I was helped and treated very well by the young woman, I believe her name is Genesis Hernandez. She made it possible to get the work done in a couple of days and at a good price. Definitely recommend this spot!

Took my 83 caddy to get a repaint I thought they was finna hit with a Honda black but they actually color matched my whip to the OG Cadillac Black. They even cleaned the inside and filled a crack in my rear bumper filler fo free. #goingbackfosure. Staff was very helpful, Genesis went out of her way to get the car done they way I wanted

Maaco has blown my mind again. Originally had the car done by them over 15 years ago. They made it a show quality car. Then recently I hit a pole in the rain. Took it to them for repair. The manager Genesis helped me out and worked with my insurance company. We had issues finding all the parts because the car was so old. Some parts were backordered for months. That didnt stop them. The body guy Hubert reshaped my bumper and wheel well just like new. They went above and beyond to help me out. They do excellent repairs and excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. And Ill be going back there for any other needs I have. Thanks Maaco!

They lost my antenna which took a month many calls and 5 trips to get replaced. My 2nd car had the front flares replaced and the stripping started peeling within two days. In 2014 had a fiberglass fender replaced on my tundra. I found out that they didnt replace it, they reworked it and its warped so it wont sit flush. They told me it was a clip problem for years and its out of warranty so they told me to buy a new one and theyll paint and reinstall it for me.

Find an honest shop that knows what they are doing. This is the second time their body repair has cracked in less than 3 years. This time Genesis who claims to be the manager tells me my hood is fiberglass & they are not certified to do fiberglass repairs. Thus that dont warranty fiberglass repairs. Thats really interesting considering my hood is NOT fiberglass. Its steel & a magnet test proves this. Maaco is not to be trusted. I was going to give them an insurance claim bumper repair. However knowing what I know now I will take my business elsewhere. You should too!

Over price and an overall bad job, i went in for a bumper to get painted. they quoted me almost $900. telling me that they will paint the bumper, fenders so that it blends with the car, its supposed to be standard procedure, never happened!. They told me fiber glass is tougher to paint, but it was just an excuse. Paint had runs and dirt specs as if they left the car outside to dry. Hubert was the guy that painted and fitted my bumper worse job ever they say theres a lot of fab work that goes in to fitting after market bumpers all excuses to get away with a very pooor job. you can tell because the guy that did my car didnt even check if he screwed all the nuts on the bumper. i had them fall off while i was on the freeway!. The bracket they made to reinforce the bumper was so poorly made. the guy just cut a chuck of metal and screwed in to bumper, but get this, he makes wholes on my bumper that are clearly visible and i was never notified about this. If you like your car and want quality go somewhere else, and always make sure what they tell you is written on the quote. complete waste of money and time.

Genesis is very professional and clearly cares about her work, and the painters/body workers did a fantastic job as well with a ding caused by someone hitting my cars bumper with a shopping cart. Would never even notice it was there.

Maaco did an EXCELLENT job on my 10 year old car. It looks a good as new after they painted it and fixed all the dents. They did it super quick over the Christmas holiday. Their professionalism and customer service was top notch. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Amazing experience! Initially called to just ask if I could get my front license plate put on. I rolled up in my beat up old Acura and was tempted to just get my entire car fixed up. Genesis was helpful throughout the entire process and the result was speedy and amazing looking. 10/10

They gave me my car all damaged and my car ended up blowing up on me because it had alot of paper they never removed from the exhaust and my plates were removed i dont recommended coming here if u dont wanna lose your car

I have been in the auto repair business for over 40 years. I have been using body shops in the south bay for all of the 40 years. I did use One Day Paint at this location for years. My painter I use now was too busy to get my customer car done. I decided to try Maaco. I thought something was wrong when I saw the back parking lot empty. When I would go to One Day Paint at this location the lot was always full of work. I thought the estimate for a three stage paint job on my front and rear bumper was high but I was out of time so I had them do the job. They told me it would be 3 days. Three weeks later I was told it was finally done. When I went to check it out the paint was dull and it had dirt in the paint. When I went to the office I was told they do not buff out 2 or 3 stage paint jobs. If I wanted that done it would be more money! I asked to speak to the manager! I told the manager in my 40 years in the car business I never heard of extra charge to buff out paint and that someone should of told me that when I dropped the car off. His reply was I should of read the small print in the 5 page contract they had me sign. What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE? Now I know why the lot was empty!! This is like that restaurant you walk in the first time and it is empty. You think it must be the time of day so you try it out and the food makes you sick!!!!!! FIND ANOTHER PAINT SHOP!!!!

The worst experience of my life. The paint job was trash. The actual paint was not the one I requested nor the paint they promised. It was the lowest quality paint possible mixed with dirt. The car wasnt fully painted like how it was supposed to be. But, they did decide to paint all my wheels, my reverse camera, my headlights, part of my engine and so on. The body work was trash. The service was trash. They make misleading promises to make you sign the contract but, they dont follow through. They messed up other body parts of my car that they werent even supposed to have touched. Honestly, after my experience, anyone else willing to go to Maaco after reading this review make sure to say goodbye to your money because thats the only thing Maaco is actually good for, jacking ones money!!!

I am a repeat customer. Store Manager Daniel, Sam and Leslie are extremely professional, great to work with and do not try to upsell you with something you dont need. My 2007 Ford Ranger looks showroom great after the fantastic paint repairs on my hood (peeling) and the top of my cab (fading) The paint was blended perfectly to match the rest of my truck. I had waited 4 years to paint my 4 family cars.I didnt know about maaco.Now I have painted 3 and preparing my budget for the last one.They are a gift from God for every body that want to paint they car.They promise something and they give it far better and beyond on their promise.I am so please with their job.

I took my truck in for a $2000 paint job. 3 months later and 7 return visits, the best I can say is adequate! Wrinkles, cracked our brand new camper shell... etc.

Got hood and top truck painted. Picked up today and was impressed until started looking at the imperfection. Tape left on hood small excess paint the worst thing they didnt cover the winshield wiper ports and water does not spray windshield now. Take time to verify there work if you us them. Everything is fixable just laziness on there part

I am very disappointed. The office staff did not follow through and return calls, answer the phone or keep to schedule. The paint had large drips and runs. There was masking tape left on and the trim was left hanging. The paint is a good match and otherwise looks nice.

This place is really good Daniel was the guy that helped me and he did a really good job he gave me everything I want to make sure that I was happy with everything that he did they did so it really came out good really nice my car they did a really good job the only thing that I was mad about if anything was how you guys make a advertise that 299 paint job is false advertising when you get in the door they tell you that thats just for the paint in the job is going to cost a lot more than that to you guys if you guys didnt use that false advertisement which was good because you guys end up making the sale whatyou got those false advertisement wish you guys should reimburse me for 299 or some kind of money because when you guys say 299 paint job for 299 and then I come in there and I can charge $700 or $600 or whatever it was

Absolutely bad customer service. I went in one day one hour before closing so they can look at it and get my claim number. They tell me to come back another day. So I do, go back about a week later they look at it take my claim number the whole thing took about 18 mins. To this day I have not heard back from them. Complete waste of time.

On 2/13/20 I dropped off my car Toyota Camry 2011, 3 days later I came to picked up my car, the Manager(Richard) told me it completed but under front bumper has protection fender almost hit the ground and edge bumper so rough but they still painted over, front license plate did not put on bumpers. He spoke Customer with high temper, coarse.No star if it was possible, Don’t waste your time or money on this shop 21801 S Western Ave Torrance Ca 90501.

Looking to paint my 2002 Dodge ram p/u. (with faded paint and spiderweb type cracks in the clearcoat all over) I went to 3 different paint shops in my Torrance area. Not very impressed with the personel and/ or the prices, my last try was Maaco on Western Av. The 1st cheerful and knowledgeable person I met was Richard Lee,who did my FREE estimate. He gave me details of the process, the exact price, no pressured upsell, and the exact day to pick it up. When picking up my truck, I almost fainted from the beautiful new paint. 1month later Im still gently rubbing the back of my hand across the smooth glossy paint and smiling. GO SOME WHERE ELSE! Save your self the aggrovation of your paint job falling apart and the mess of delays and excuses that comes along with it. This shop has changed hands 3 times in the last 2 years the managment is totally in incompotent of following directions. I had more things wrong with my car on the way out then on the way in. If youre reading this far you have already been here to long. They screwed up the first paint job had to bring back to be fixed and on return of the 2nd paint job they damaged my hood and my trunk and didnt even CLEAN my car on pickup it was covered in dust and filth. I couldnt even tell if they fixed my problem. Seriously this shop doesnt deserve good customers they should be reported!

Very bad place a few weeks ago I left my car to be painted.It is an insecure place where my car and 6 cars were stolen but the manager did not want to take charge of what was happening.I do not recommend that place to anyone.Bad placeI dont recommend I was stolen my car from maaco and no one want respond.
