This place is amazing! I bought my Caddy 6 mos ago. I stopped in to get a little help with all of my new gadgets. My salesman Philip happened to be there. He remembered who I was. LOVE this! Now THATS what I call customer service! Yup, they will have me as a customer for many years!

Extremely poor customer service when it comes to helping you save any money at all on service, especially after market service. Have a cross threaded oil pan? Their recommendation, replace the whole thing, have a leaky gasket on your radiator? They will sell you a whole new radiator. Be prepared if you go in for a simple oil change to be presented with 2-6 thousand in optional repairs to make you feel great the rest of the week.

Each time I come to get a recall the staff is magnificent. Today I was attended by Carlos and he made my day, the job was quick and easy. Thank you guys for being so helpful and amazing.

Ive always dealt with my man Fred and Im sad to see him go. The service department is always clean and everyone is friendly. I recommend them to any cadillac owner.

Penske Buick GMC treated me very professionally. They took care of my cars issue, thoroughly. Everyone said, Hello and/or asked if I had been helped. I received updates via text and email. Payment for the service received handled while I was seated. I didnt have to walk to a different location. Overall, go check Penske Buick GMC out!

Waiting room chairs are too low for anyone over 19 years of age. Very uncomfortable. We waited at least 2 hours for a new remote and key to be programmed to vehicle . No one came to check how we were doing periodically

It was my first time there. I came in thinking I needed a throttle body cleaning, but German Vasquez, listened to my concern, and was able to explain the issue without my truck needing to be serviced. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

I went here to test drive a vehicle with my daughter. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. There wasnt any pressure to buy anything, as we were there just to look, and they respected that. There also wasnt a discussion about pricing, but I would give them an opportunity in the future if I decided to buy a vehicle from them.

I receive top notch service. My service rep is very thorough in his explanation of what is in need of service and what it will cost. The waiting areas are comfortable offer a variety of refreshments and of course the car wash is well done too. I leave with a smile on my face!

Horrible company, dont return calls nor give a hoot about anyone. They actually cop an attitude when you call to request from them status of your repair. I guess they feel we are stuck with them for repairs and service so why bother. Rediculliois way of doing business!

We arrived @ 1:50 pm on 12/30/19 to test drive a vehicle. 2.10 hours later, a test drive occurred in a vehicle minus our requested specs. Very disappointing.
