AutoZone is the first place I go to for parts on several vehicles Ive worked on the customer service has been great so far except for this store its not the employees its the setup they have from my experience the parts counter is for parts part lookup part ordering they have two cash registers available for checkout theyre empty the parts counter is full so is the line I went there to buy some oil oil treatment fuel treatment air filter and stood there at the checkout for more than 10 minutes I wasnt acknowledged I could see theyre busy its not a problem when I asked if the check out was open she said I had to stand in the parts line to check out wow thats going to take a long time people are ordering parts searching parts parts look up so that means Ill probably be standing here for 45 minutes 30 minutes before I actually get checked out I mean I have the money in hand to buy these things and people ordering parts really arent sure until they know what the price is before they buy it so its a 50/50 theyre going to get it or not they have a 100% sale with me but lost it at this location just a heads up and good luck coming here if the check out isnt open dont bother unless you dont mind standing in line at the parts counter waiting to be checked out then this is your store

Very helpful changed my battery and check my engine light without problems was able to decipher the codes and give me a printout so I wouldnt forget

Some people and came off as rude and seemed lazy like they didn’t want to help. I think their names were Ricardo, Carlos, and gabby. just a bad experience overall. They should consider replacing them

After quite a series of disappointing experiences with auto zones online app telling me that a particular part is in stock at my store—in this case motor oil—only to arrive at the store to find out that it’s NOT in stock; along with other unpleasant experiences with certain employees…..I was pleasantly surprised by the young woman that helped me with this transaction today. Joy went above & beyond my expectations for auto zone in helping me to rectify previous issues, as well as help me to find a replacement motor oil in at a similar price point! Joy should be recognized for her superior customer service skills, as well as her knowledge of auto zone’s stock situation. She, & she alone is what turned me around in thinking I should just start going to the competition!

I should have got her name. She was really helpful. My ex husband and I went in here this afternoon (10/25/2020) to pick up a wiper blade. Apparently, someone stole one of my wiper blades.The staff was very knowledgeable. I didnt pick up the wiper blade because I didnt have my car with me and I wasnt sure which one would fit. I picked up Rain X instead. Its a water repellant.

This location is pretty good. They have everything I need when I come in. They do get busy. I would suggest using their website to help find the part number if you can.

Wonderful service - AZ had the best price for my car battery. In addition, Augustina E. the Sales Manager was extremely knowledgeable and not only installed the battery for me quickly, but it was a free service that they provided!! Received good service from the this autozone. I thank one Axel L, a store clerk for assisting me in replacing my battery in my car among other things. Though the process of removing the battery was stalled halfway, I managed to help Axel finish with the replacing. He should be recognized for his service to Autozones customers such as myself.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Thay can give you some options in some parts you need.

Carlos helped me take out my super corroded battery and replace it with a fresh new one. It was pretty rough taking the old one out, but he was able to slay that beast. Great guy, great service!

Very knowledgeable, I bought a battery for may car and they put it in my car at no extra charge. Very friendly staff, i rate 4 star cause they only carried one brand of my battery type and it was $200. I do recommend for auto needs.

Fantastic battery service

These completely oblivious employees kept me on the phone for 45 minutes at a time....several attempts. I went down to have it out with the manager, but he never even came to work. This store is loaded with inept people who know nothing about service, care for the customer, manners, professional attitude, and speaking with respect.

They didnt get the part right even though I ordered the part the said fits my vehicle. I paid online, yet they charged me in store again saying that their was no record of it. I checked my bank account later to find that they lied about it. Plus they closed the doors 10 minutes before closing time. Retail stores arent suppost to do that.

Went to buy a new battery for my 2015 Honda Accord. They couldnt be any more helpful than they were. Especially an employee named Dario who assisted and even installed my car battery as well......

I was able to walk right in and get what I needed for my vehicles. The employees were able to find what I needed in the back and get it to me in a timely manner they were really nice and I will be coming back here for my future auto needs. Auto zone is a great store for people working on their own vehicles in need small parts.

Been going here for years until just recently had an issue with warranting a dead battery. Store manager gave me problems about if, staff was not compatent in checking and wouldnt listen to me tell them the battery wont keep a charge very long and they refused to honor their own replacement policy. Finally had to get ahold of someone in corporate and the Regional Manager helped me out. Just a horrible experience and I really did like going there in the past.

The young lady there didnt know anything. I do not want to down play the entire staff for her lack of knowledge. But the cleanliness of the store was great other interactions with other staff members was great!

I had a misunderstanding at the La Lomita location as the person assisting me was not paying attention to what I needed. I then came to this Auto Zone and the employee named Miguel went above and beyond to make things right for me. I was impressed by his service, diligence and most importantly by him apologizing for someone elses mistake. This would be a guy that anyone would want to hold on to as even if I have to travel a few extra miles for my auto needs, it would definitely be worth it. This is my AUTO ZONE STORE NOW! My regular go to location. Recently I went in and was annoyed by the guy who checked me out at the register. Im paying for my item by credit card and hes ordering me around on using my card! I can read English but he felt the need to rudely tell me what to do during my credit card process when I didnt need his help. So unprofessional!
