These guys are amazing! Professional, friendly, and hard-working. Daren, who I believe is the shop manager, is absolutely fantastic to work with. Good pricing for a dealership and great attention to detail. Highly recommended. Only downside is they are very busy since they are the best, so know ahead of time that there may be a wait.

Came all the way from McKinney, Texas to visit my wifes family here. So we were at Wilson Park and I asked my kids what they wanted to eat and they said Raising Canes. I told them that they dont do that out here and a lady told me they had one in Hawthorne and I burned rubber getting there. Felt like I was at home but with palm trees 😂 worth it

This place is fantastic from the customer service. pricing, and repairs. My neighbor scratched my car and tore off part of my bumper. Jessica and Shannon in the Service Center answered my many questions with patience and as much transparency.After deciding to send my car into the shop, they gave me a much earlier than expected time of completion and turned it around on time, allowing me to use my car for the weekend. They were clear with how the estimates and actual repairs differed and gave me an extremely competitive price to repair some other damages to the vehicle in a different area. No pressure from them to take on the additional charges, which I appreciated. Lastly, I will admit my car has been quite dirty from the ash. They cleaned up everything free of charge and also pumped up my tires.In short, this will be my go-to service spot from now on thanks for the service and the work. Thanks again and be well.

My appointment was for 7:30a. I got there a few minutes early and left a few minutes after 10a. I was only there to get a free 40 point inspection and a couple of master keys programmed, which were initially cut by them in June of 2018.Upon asking Chelsea, the service center receptionist a question, I was trying to let her know that I she was the 1 that made the appointment for me over the phone, she was not friendly. Mind you, I let her know that I wanted to come to them because of the poor customer service I recd at the other Scott Robinson Honda on Hawthorne. There was 1 customer before me and another customer arrived after yet both customers left before me.Even the service supervisor was initially unpleasant as well. I remembered him, but he didnt remember me. From my time there this morning, it seemed to me that if you werent on a 1st name basis or I guess you have to visit them frequently for them to be friendly. Or maybe theyre just not morning people. NOT, because I heard Chelsea and her co-workers behind their joking around and laughing.I was going to give them 4, however, the more I thought about the customer service I recd I decided to give them 3 stars instead. I appreciate Mike explaining in detail to me things that I need to address that they came across during the inspection, otherwise, it wouldve been a 2.For the record, Every Honda I owned I brought there to be serviced and 1 to repair when I got in a car accident many years ago. I was a loyal customer years ago and went there often and the customer service then was excellent. I stopped going because I felt like they were over charging for the oil/filter changes, which I was taught how to do myself.Chelsea was pleasant when she was asked to get my paperwork ready to pay and leave though. Not sure if Ill return.Oh, and another thing, I forgot to add was my conversation with a older male in parts department. I asked him if they had or could get the stock stereo with the 6 disc changer for my 2012 Honda Accord and he was reluctant to help me and was telling me that its costly and how itd be cheaper to buy an aftermarket stereo and also how they dont sound that great, the wiring will be compromised and most likely will not work. Suggested I speak to someone who installs stereos. Then finally let me know that itll cost over $1100. Oh and that cars are doing iPod hookups now. Not knowing that I did my research and knew that the stereo I was inquiring about is compatible with my make/model and the cost was no where near what he stated.Again, customer service, or shall I say lack thereof.

In previous visits, I had service work or recalls performed. This visit was using the bodywork side of the business. All my dealings with the Sevice Center cant be faulted. Their estimates are spot on, they performed the work in the time estimated and they return my cars clean. I would recommend them to anyone with a Honda or Acura auto.

Had a problem with my car. Made an early appointment. Was first customer, had problem fixed and car serviced in one hour and fifteen minutes. Had planned to spend the day there. Also, they only charged me for the part and the oil change was on sale. Did not spend anything near what I expected. Service was great and had 3 chairs inside for waiting.

My vehicle needed the headliner, suspension and other body work done. It was done at the Scott Robinson Honda collision center on Crenshaw Blvd. I was absolutely pleased with the outstanding job that Fernando the young lad who worked on it, did. It was done professionally and in a timely manner. He did an excellent job. My car looks and runs great.

Amazing customer service and my oil change was speedy.They even leave a sticker on the inside of the top left of your windshield that specifies when you need to come back.Great treats if you are hungry and a coffee machine that makes all types of hot drinks.

I take my 2014 Honda CR-V to Oscar. He has the most seniority and experience with: Honda Care, warranties and service. Oscar can service your car with speed, precision and with a smile. He can also advise on how Hondas should be maintain. Being a type A personality person, I specifically ask for Oscar, for his vast knowledge and poise. Going to Oscar also attenuates the time waiting for the car to be serviced. Overall experienced very very very happy .

Friendly staff and quick service. Came here after someone crashed into my parked car. They estimated it would take 4 days but only took 3. They also had a Hertz rep on site to rent me the vehicle which was very convienent. The work they did on the car was great. Only downside is they were reluctant to give me a quote and told me simply that insurance will handle everything. Come to find out they do offer quotes by listening to other customers but wish they would have informed me. The porter seemed very unhappy and rude but everyone else was awesome. I recommend.

Car Engine performed half of what it was before. My engine was powerful, even a touch on the gas the car had a great pickup. Right after the body service the car drives like an old car. It was on my Honda Accord. Have anyone else have experienced it? When i gave for service the service center was on Del Amo Blvd & Hawthorne Blvd. Very Sad.

Took almost 15mins to get helped but it was kind of busy so it was understandable, the service was quite long but it was excellent, had some questions when I picked up the car and one of the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back again.

2017 Accord, came in for a TPMS light, they said everything was fine and re-calibrated. Light came back 15mins after I leave, so I come back right away and they said they did a special calibration and im like okay cool. Drive home, everything is fine. Next morning, what do you know.... the TPMS light is back. I take it to Carson Honda, 25mins later and they said I had a tiny puncture on my left rear tire. Replaced the tire, been driving 2 days now and no TPMS light. My service advisor was Jeffrey. Take your car somewhere else people

I called Acura dealer first for a distributor for a 98 Acura integra LS - dc4. B18b2. They told me its discontinued. So I called here but they guy was uneducated and kept asking me which Honda is that. Its not a honda, its an Acura with a Honda engine. He should know which Hondas have that engine. He has a system to look it up. Then he gets mad at me because I dont know which Honda is that.

Subpar Service and Terrible Attitude.After getting into an accident, I was sent here for service. The time it took to get my car back was over three weeks, which is understandable. However when I got my car back the antenna was still inside the cab, the rear license plates lights were not snapped in, and they lost the lug nut locks for my tires. After trying to call three times to discuss these things, I finally drove to the repair shop. I was lied to about what happened and they made it so frustrating to work with that I left and now have to fix the issues in my own, as well as find a new key. Definitely would not recommend.

They took my car apart and cut the hole before I agree to repair. This happened last year. They suppose to give an estimate of the body damage and submit to my insurance to see if it is worth to fix it. My insurance company did not approve the repair. The car was drivable before I sent to their repair shop, now it is totally not drivable!!!!! I said they were not supposed to do anything before they tell me how much cost. I need to accept the price before they do anything. The lady in the office name starts with R suddenly very rude to me. She said no, she did not need to notify me.I called my insurance to have them to deal with such rude and unreasonable person. I called my lawyer, he said I could sue the dealership for damage and I should file a complain to Department of Consumer Affairs.Dont go this place, never know what they will do with your car!!

If I could give them negative stars I would... I had a MINOR accident 6/8. I was told my car would be ready in 3 weeks 6/29. 6/27 Two days before pick up I got a call that my car wouldnt be ready for one more week (approximately 7/5). Two days later 6/30 I got a call my car wouldnt be ready till 7/11. Wow! Im still in disbelief that my car that needed minimal work would take over 5 weeks to be repaired. Needless to say Ill never go back to this dealer for repairs and you shouldnt either!

Lots of attitude from the people in the office & I have to take the car back already because the paint if coming off where they fixed the car. An unpleasant experience for subpar work. Arnie in the service dept was nice but a bit hard to get a hold of. He was busy.

This place is terrible for service. I walked in to get a horn replacement only to be given attitude by the short asian man in the back. The people here do not greet customers and when they do they are rude. They also give ridiculous estimates for repair on the smallest things try to get your money. I would advise against taking your car here.
