The fellas that work therein are knowledgeable and helpful, plus, even tho its a relatively small space, they tend to always have in stock odd or obscure parts that you wouldnt think would be available without first making a special order and having to come back days later to pick it up...not at all, for me at least, they almost always have precisely what im looking for, and at a competitive, or even the lowest price. I dont go anywhere else nowadays, theyve completely won me over as their now loyal customer!

Nothing like paying $11.50 for 1 quart of Mobil 1. What a rip off.

I called for a part at 7am. They had 1 of 2 and the other will be in at 10am. No problem I said. They call me back and said the part wont be in until 12:30. So I arrived at 1:30pm and they didnt have neither part nor they didnt call me to tell me. I drove from Baldwin Park to Torrance CA. Almost 40.iles. BS.

People here are down to earth. Love this store.

This is my favorite auto parts store. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to dig through their catalogs to find the part you need. If they dont have a part, they can get it from their sister store a few hours away.

Salesman lied about being able to return the starter core to any NAPA location. Be careful about these independently owned stores....

I entered from the parking lot through the wrong door, no problem. The guy working in the back room showed me where the retail area was. They had the part I needed and had more than one option. I had just had my oil changed at a local place that charged $29 for an air filter. Napa had the filter starting at $6.99Fast and friendly service at this location
