Super fun to roam around in and every kind of costume and party decorations under the sun.

Great first time going in there brought a costume for my grandson in there he was happy.

Nice staff but store was out of stock on some of the items I needed.

Customer service was great, but just like a different party city I had visited earlier, they too were not stocked very well.

Found perfect Halloween costume for my granddaughter.

Okay type of store most to almost all the employees that work there are miserable or arrtated with customers they really do not want to help and asking them to help you look for items in the store they act like your bugging them . I got hurt there really bad on Day before Halloween going there looking for stuff for my kids customs make up and much much more . I had a rack sticking from the middle on a end cap not a single employee cam over to say hey are you alright only kids were the only ones worried. I got to say the Employees who Stand Out the Front Door are more helpful and happy to help 😊👍

I needed a granny costume for 100 days in school for my little girl! I call this store the lady was so nice and save my order so i could get it later. I wish i could remember her name she has good customer service🤗

Never seen an employee move so fast. Literally i had 4 minutes to go inside to grab some bunny ears that are located on the first aisle and the employee seen me coming and ran to lock the door. Wow they dont move that fast to get you a halloween costume. So disappointing. Customer Service is key, Party City on Hawthorne Blvd.

Loved it, these people helped me find allll kinds of great stuff for my sons 21st birthday!!! Because of them, ee had a great time!!!! Thank you sooooo much, it truly helped me out!!!! All the prices were pretty good EXCEPT for paper plates, cups, napkins, etc...TOOOOO EXPENSIVE!!!!

5 stars fir customer service and their Covid safe patio. 2 stars for the food .

The clerks at party city didn’t waste any time to help me. I was standing outside waiting to get in, I asked the young man where was their Wilton Cake supplies located. He asked me what particular was I looking for? I told him and he told me exactly where I was located.

I went in super early one morning in October and purchased 3 Halloween costumes. Staff helping with the costumes were super nice and helpful. However, the young girl at the cashier at checkout had an attitude and was not friendly what so ever.

Pickup instore is alot quicker than curbside...Employees are so busy helping everyone its hard for them to stop and bring out packages.They should really have someone dedicated to just curbside.

Didnt have much in stock.. the purchase line wait was to long..

Although the employees are not that familiar with the products they sell, they are very kind and helpful. We were so happy to find exactly what we needed here, even though we thought it would be out of season. And the free balloons for the kids are a nice little bonus.

They can work on their customer service. I approached 2 associates that were talking working together & kindly asked for help. They both didnt respond until about 45 seconds later. They did not exhibit any kind of friendliness & didnt have a smile.

They have a large selection of balloons that they will feel with helium. And a large selection of anything and everything that you will need for a special event like a wedding or birthday party... Its almost Halloween and Party City will turn into a costume store.

Boxes blocking numerous items in multiple departments.I totally understand inventory, I do. However, the lack of customer service is terrible. Employees in aisles starring down people and not offering help. Cashier is a mute transaction processor. No hi. Nothing. No, would you like your receipt? No cash credit. Was told a different total than what I was paying. Obviously I can see the screen, just extremely rude, dull amd self absorbed.

Angelica is amazing please give her a raise. I will not go anywhere else from now on. Great staff, totally on the ball!

Great stuff, has almost everything. A few times now I have become frustrated at the checkout. Many cash registers, not many associates. Where to stand in line is vague and confusing. Whos next now also becomes confusing. I dont know what exactly is the problem but I do know it seems to take a long time. I am probably spoiled by other stores but thats my take. If you are looking for something for a birthday party, Party City is the place! You just might have to wait awhile to leave!!! 😎

Didnt have what I was looking for. Had to go to Wilington to get the party needs that I was looking for.

Ugh, party city has never been my favorite place but they do tend to have what you need. They are not cheap but not extremely expensive--sort of like Target in my opinion. I dont want to pay $15 for a hat on Halloween, I want to pay $5.

Went to the party city in Torrance. They had no helium for balloons. I recommend you call before you go.

It was mayhem at the balloon counter on my last visit, but it was understandable as it was New Years Eve. My balloons cost $110 for 4 which was a bit staggering, but they made it through the night so I guess thats worth it.

This is an excellent store, there was only one cashier and once she saw there were three people in line she immediately called another cashier to avoid having the customers waiting...I always applaud this from the stores that put the customers forst

This store is tucked in torrance promanade everytime I go there are rarely ever lines and the staff is always available to assist.

Cause i use to work at the sister store of party city Halloween City I worked there 4 diffent years the only thing that sucked was its only a seasonal job, i so miss working there especially around this time of year.
