Took my bmw in for tints and did such a great job! I can see why some people have issues with communication but give this guy a chance. He does excellent work and did a great job on my car. If you don’t have an idea what you want take a look at his car and he’ll walk you through what you need.

I went to get my impala tinted. When it was done it had bubbles...I told the guy about it and he said wait a few days and it’ll go away and if not bring it back I’ll fix it. I was itchy about it but few days went by and the bubbles went away and was satisfied with the turn out. I would go back again plus it’s local for me!

Ive had a tiny install here and a tint removal here. The tint install Ive had for about 5 years and it still looks flawless. I only had a tint removal because the police kept pulling me over for too dark front window tint. Id recommend Ecxel Car Stereo to any and everyone! ❤

Its rare to find a shop with this level of craftsmanship and professionalism. The owner does the work himself, and he did a great job on my Subaru Impreza. The price seems very reasonable for the quality of work. This shop also did tinting and audio work for another family car, and ten years later everything is working great and no complaints (and the tint is holding up!). This is our family go to shop for tinting, alarms, and stereos. They also honor warranty.

Made an appointment for stereo installation. He told me it would be finished by 12:00 noon. When I arrived at 8:30 he told me it would not be finished until 2:00 PM. I left!

I called ahead of time and talked to a john who stated he knew exactly what my truck is and would match the price given from another shop, when I got there he told me $180. He didnt not honor the $130 price agreed upon! After he said he could do it for $150 but not a very good job... What a wait of time!

So I got my alarm installed at this place and after a few months my alarm wasnt good anymore (viper alarm) so these people here tell me I need to replace the module and Im like okay thanks this is the second time they tell me this, I came here about a year ago the first time they told me. Since I had my suspicions, I came by today to double check if it really is the module that needs replacement and not a problem with a connection with the alarm itself. So the alarm guy checks it out and yes its the module, they even plug in one of their own to double check. (Took no more than 5 minutes). When I tell them that Im going to go get it replaced where I purchased the module, the guy who seems to be the boss there got very upset. Like I wasted their time or something. It took only 5 minutes to do this !! He told me that I am no longer welcomed there. I felt so horrible as I got in my car. Seriously felt like crap after leaving there :/ really bad customer service from him. The guy that actually did the work looked like he didnt mind checking it out for me, but the asian guy...man :(

Came here to get my front light check out guy said to busy didnt even bother to check it out told me to go next door I ask him Ill come another day still told me go next door dont bother coming here if there not gonna bother or even try to look at your car
